            This business has not fulfilled their contractual agreement. Unfortunately, our kitchen has been left in a state where it is not functional. This business has not completed their job and only gave unfulfilled promises. From the start, this business has not done what they said they would and every step of the process was delayed. Further, the business hires subcontractors and does not pay them. I know this because each contractor has been to my home asking for their **** to be paid. My kitchen is currently left without any cabinetry, backsplash and the details needed to complete this job. I paid 65% upfront and then additional and we have only received about $8k worth of work. *********************** (business owner) has left us in a position where we have to find funds to make our kitchen functional. *********************** does not know how to do business and how to be honest with his customers. When a company is hired for a job and funds are given, the job should be completed. I can provide further documentation such as a timeline of events, subcontractor correspondence, photos and contact information for ***********************.

            Contracted to remodel master bath & replace countertops in the kitchen. The first week went well, then no workmen showed up, and the owner had excuses & lies. Work was to take 2 weeks except for the custom shower glass enclosure which needed 4 weeks. It has now been 2 months. The kitchen is 90% done, but the bathroom is partially finished. Toilet in the garage, no tub, shower is not enclosed, mirrors not supplied, construction debris fills one bay of the garage and the shower. No contact from the owner: phone calla go to voice mail, no response to texts, no one at the show room. Don't know if he's just a scammer or a poor business man. Really think twice (or more) before using this company. We are having to have someone else finish the job after paying $37,000. to Superior Kitchen & Bath. If you do business with him pay by credit card only.
