      I am filing this complaint years later as I was unaware of this company filing a collection against my credit bureau for $46 years earlier. I never received any documentation to support that I owed a final payment for lack of services rendered. I fired this company and went with a new company but this company is stating they serviced my property without my approval to do so.When I called on 11/16/2022, I talked to an rude employee who insisted payment was never received. However, she could not prove a payment was owed.Based upon ALL of the online reviews this company is a scam and praying on innocent customers by trying to ruin their credit. I am kindly asking that this balance be removed as I do not owe this company for any payment. Thank you

                      We received you letter concerning the above-referenced complaint by **************************  When it was received, I immediately went to our BBB portal to resolve the complaint.  The portal did not recognize the complaint number, saying it may have expired.  We have been accredited members of the BBB for some time and are very concerned with providing good service, resolving complaints, and upholding our reputation among our NE suburban neighbors. 
                      I then wrote a response and mailed it to the BBB, since I could not respond online.  **************** was a customer of ours beginning in late March 2017.  The last chargeable treatment applied to her lawn was on August 15th, 2017.  On September 22, 2017, we also applied a treatment for weeds to her lawn at no additional charge.  We never heard from **************** after that, the balance remained from the August 2017 treatment, and up to this point I had no idea that the bill was not paid because **************** was unhappy with our service.  The same day I received your letter, her account balance was credited to zero, and our response was mailed to you.
                      Today we received a certified letter from the BBB saying they had not received a response.  I again tried to respond online with no success.  I then called the BBB and got a recording saying that the office was closed today for the holiday. (?)  Please respond to me and let me know what to do to get this resolved.  The happiness of our customers, both present and past, is very important to us.  I will also mail in another response and try once again to call.

      I have received their promotional mail constantly year after year for a long period of time.So I called them Magnolia Lawn and they promised always to take my name off their mailing list.BUT never ever changed. for a long period of time ..After they promised Not to mail again but still getting it. Very frustrated and feel ignored.

      I hired Magnolia Lawn to get the shrubbery and trees in my yard pruned and to maintain the lawn around my home. I do not feel they have satisfactorily completed this work and are charging for full services despite the fact they did minimal work. 9/16/21 met with ****** from Magnolia Lawn. We discussed the services needing to be done around my property. Pruning of bushes (manicured, cut back) was the primary request. Full details were documented on the **** ANALYSIS Ref# ****** completed by ******.9/17/21 workers showed up for their first visit for a "Lawn Treatment Program" fertilized the lawn, left a **** of $39.20. I notified Magnolia Lawn I was not satisfied that they had not started with pruning since that was the primary request.9/22/21 received call from Magnolia Lawn they were coming out to cut the grass, I told them pruning needed to be completed first before cutting grass. 9/27/21 at 4:00 PM workers showed up to do pruning and left at 5:00 PM. Small bushes around the back deck and 2 other bushes were trimmed before moving to the front yard without cleaning up the clippings, my daughter informed the workers there were other bushes in the back they had missed. The front flower bed up against the house was pruned, but not the center island where ivy needed to be removed from trees and cut back. 9/28/21 Magnolia showed up and asked what was still needed to be done with regards to pruning. I told him about the ivy in the front bed needed to be cut lower and it needs to be cut off the trees. Ten minutes later they were gone however the work was not completed in the flower bed discussed, but they left me a **** of $245.00. Several attempts were made to contact Magnolia Lawn about this problem. We talked with the original salesmen ****** who took the order for service as well as follow up calls about incomplete work and we spoke with to the owner who in his words stated, "it does not matter how long they were on the property".
