I have been experiencing a medical issue swelling since 2018. I have been to all major hospitals and had imaging but they continue to say they saw nothing wrong. In September I visited an ENT with strong suspicion of an improperly healed fracture. I had visited a plastic surgeon prior to the ENT who told me my cheekbone was out of place and he could not help because it's a medical issue. The ENT looked inside my nose saw the swelling and told me to go back to ****** for CT scan. I refused to visit ****** again after paying for an MRI without help so I opted to visit Image Link and paid out of pocket without insurance. They reviewed the scan but not the problem area. They said they took the referral and only viewed what was listed as ethmoid sinus. I messaged ***** and forwarded her pictures of the swelling and bulging eye and asked if they could have the doctor ****** but examine my eye socket and cheekbone because I had experienced trauma in the area in the past. She refused she said they needed to talk doctor to doctor not patient to doctor but this clinic is not connected to the doctors and anyone can visit to have their issue evaluated. I am still swollen. My nose is either stuffy or bleeding on the right at all times. My eye is still bulging. My cheek is still swollen. It feels like the bone is pressing on a nerve and needs to be pushed back in place. When the compression gets tighter I have episodes of neuralgia. This place needs to refund my money or reevaluate the problem. I can clearly see the issue on the scan after viewing it myself.

Stockbridge ofc:The 30May MRI at 3 was my last. Any one else who asks me what's a good office will not be sent here either. As a disabled vet, I have many ailments and said I have RA. I had to lay on my stomach with one arm out and he asked me raise my legs to add a bolster pillow, I didn't know it had to go under my hips and I couldn't bend my legs to where the back of feet would touch my neck, so I told him he could've said that before I laid down because I'm not able to bend in such a manner. He then grabbed my legs and shoved it under. He commented snidely that he needed to put me that way for the test and work on comfort last. What does that mean? Perhaps some directions beforehand would have helped. I was semi ready but never got in a comfortable spot and couldn't lay a certain way; perhaps the reason that after a few loud minutes, on the speaker he told me to be still. Not, asking if there's anything wrong or do you need to adjust due to the images showing your arm isn't as still as it needs to be. No, just that I need to be still. I tried asking if it was my eyes or head to see if adjusting something would help since I've never had a tech say I'm moving. I was concentrating really hard not to move as I always do. He just loudly over talked me and said I need to be still. I was going to comment that I also have neuropathy and that I may have been on an arm nerve the wrong way since there was a pillow under my arm and stacks of foam holding my hand still for stability, but he states he was starting again after saying be still! I guess the one sided conversation was over! After going through it a second time now my body was spasming and my other arm was literally stuck and bruised. He was actually laughing at my pain trying to get me up for his next appt and I could hardly move. He was laughing the entire time I got up slowly and crying uncontrollably! No offer of kleenex no asking if I need anything, nothing. Just said "hope I didn't beat you up too bad"!
