PURCHASED A 2014 Infiniti Q 60 journey, FROM THEM ON SEPT 15, 2023 . The total down due was $3,000. | PROVIDED MY IDENTITY DOCUMENTS AS WELL AS PROOF OF ADDRESS BUT WAS TOLD THEY COULDNT ACCEPT INCOME VERIFICATION IN THE WAY OF CHIME / CASH APP STATEMENTS BUT NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT BECAUSE THEY WOULD GET ME PAYCHECK STUBS for THE **** IN ORDER for me to be APPROVED.I KNEW THAT SOUNDED A SHADY BUT WHATEVER I REALLY NEEDED A *** AT THAT POINT...I ASKED IF THE *** HAD CURRENT EMISSIONS AND WAS TOLD BY ******* OF COURSE IT DOES!!! I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS APPROVED AND THAT I COULD LEAVE ONCE I MADE STRIKE ACCEPTANCE THE LEINHOLDER ON MY AUTO INSURANCE POLICY. THE NEXT DAY WHEN I WAS STRANDED AND CALLING A TOW TRUCK, I REALIZED THAT WHAT HAD HAPPENED WAS THAT THEY SOLD ME A *** THAT HAD NOT BEEN EMISSIONS TESTED IN ALMOST 2 YEARS. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON AND IT WAS BLOWING WHITE SMOKE. THEY RESET THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND MADE AN ATTEMPT AT FIXING THE SMOKING ISSUE. 2 TRIPS BACK TO THEIR SHOP FOR ADDITIONAL WORK FINALLY FIXED THE SMOKING ISSUE BUT NOT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WHICH WAS THROWING 4 CODES AT THAT POINT.THE MAIN ISSUE WAS THAT THE CATALYTIC SYSTEM NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. WHEN I COMMUNICATED THIS TO ************* THEY TOLD ME THAT INSTEAD OF REPLACING THE CATALYTIC CONVERTORS SO THAT THE *** WOULD PASS EMISSIONS, THAT THEY HAD A WAY OF GETTING THE *** MARKED AS PASSED SO THAT IT COULD BE REGISTERED WITH THE ****** BASICALLY SO I COULD OBTAIN A VALID STATE TAG. AFTER REPORTING TO ************* THAT I HAD POSSIBLY SUFFERED FROM SUSPECTED CO POISONING(due to the bad catalytic converters), | WAS TOLD THAT MY LENDER (STRIKE ACCEPTANCE) HAD REJECTED MY LOAN AND I NEEDED TO BRING THE VEHICLE BACK. Which I did so against my better judgementAnd when I contacted the lender they told me that no paperwork was ever turned in thru ************* for me. **** gave me $1000 of my 3 back.very few of their cars have emissions in the past year. Please help me

Back on November the third I went to ************* to purchase a car. They presumed to tell me that the car I was buying needed a new engine and that it was at the *************************** **********. They gave me a loaner car for the time being. Until mine would be ready. A month went by, I went back up there because the temporary tag was expiring on the loaner car. So he changed the tag out for me. Few more days go by I continue to call ******* at ************* to get an update about my car and still nothing. So I decided to call the *************************** myself to confirm that they do have my vehicle. And yes it was confirmed that they had it and was working on it. So then I get a call a few weeks later from ******* telling me that my car was back from the ********** that the new engine was installed but they had to send it back because it needed a new starter so then I continue to wait several more weeks to find out that the Kia ********** closed out the order on December the 16th, so I contact ******* again for him to tell me that yes my car is back but now It needs a turbo. so from there I kept calling him for him to tell me just a week ago now which would of been January the 5th. That the service guys at **** are working on my car. Well a few days after that which would of been about 3 or 4 days ago around the 8th or the 9th of January for him to tell me that the service guys are adjusting the turbo what does that even mean. This is where I stand with it today I have messaged him multiple times and he has not responded to my calls hes not calling me back he hasnt messaged me back or anything so Im beginning to think that this is all a lie. I just wanna update or I want my car loan canceled but I need something done ASAP. I need results and if they can just be honest with me I really just want my car. I dont understand what the hold up is.
