I am writing to file a formal complaint against AgentHR/ARG backoffice, as I believe they are engaging in fraudulent activities. My experiences with them have been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to bring this to your attention in hopes of preventing other businesses from falling victim to their deceptive practices.Twice now, my company has been forced to resort to sending AgentHR/ARG to collections due to their failure to fulfill their financial obligations. On both occasions, we were owed significant amounts of money, totaling over $19,000 between June 2023 and December 2024. This has had a devastating impact on our business, as we rely on these funds to keep our operations running smoothly. Not only have they failed to pay us what they owe, but they have also mishandled payments to our contractors, often missing paydays altogether. This has not only caused financial strain but has also damaged the relationships we have worked hard to build with our clients and contractors. As AgentHR/ARG serves as our Employer of Record partner, their incompetence has tarnished our reputation and caused us significant reputation and financial distress.I want to emphasize that I would never willingly enter into business with AgentHR/ARG again, given the sheer incompetence and lack of integrity they have displayed. Their actions have directly contributed to the struggles we are facing as a small business, and I am deeply disappointed by their disregard for their financial obligations. In conclusion, I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate AgentHR/ARG thoroughly and take appropriate action to hold them accountable for their deceptive practices. Small businesses like mine cannot afford to be taken advantage of, and it is imperative that measures are taken to protect others from falling victim to this scam.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against AgentHr regarding a deeply concerning matter involving my candidate's labor. Despite diligently working for a period of four months, the company has failed to fulfill their financial obligation, leaving an outstanding sum of over $40,000 unpaid.Regrettably, after the completion of the agreed-upon work, AgentHr has exhibited a complete lack of communication and transparency, effectively going dark and depriving my candidate of his rightfully earned compensation. This egregious act not only reflects a breach of contract but also a severe violation of ethical business practices. It is disheartening to witness such unscrupulous conduct from AgentHr, as they have callously deprived an individual of their hard-earned wages for an extended duration. I strongly advise against engaging in any business dealings with this company, as their actions not only underscore their lack of integrity but also pose a significant risk to any potential partners or employees.I trust that the Better Business Bureau will investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to rectify the injustice that has transpired Sincerely,*******

AgentHR our employer of record since 2022. I was notified in 2023 the owner were going through a divorce and was forced out of the company. This is where the trouble with payroll records, accuracy, reporting etc started. ARG which was the payroll side of AgentHR started to play with payroll records and at one point our consultants were missing over 3 months of Payroll records in the Paychex Flex portal. Shortly thereafter around July 2023 our consultants started to receive pay through Intuit Quickbooks without pay stubs as well as wire transfer from ARG Healthcare. It appeared without consent, all consultants were pushed to this new company. However the payroll records were not accurate in the system and no reconciled. No one has received a W2 statement and the company is now unreachable. Arg stop sending out profit and loss statement continue to collect from facilities without paying me any profit. have Arg owner ******** refuses to return calls or email. Im in the process of reporting them to the ****

AgentHR **** (**************** Corp) was our employer of record service provider. In the later part of 2023 we realized the owners ******************************* (AKA: *****************************, ***********************) and *************************** were going through a divorce and ****** was forced out of the company. This is where the trouble with payroll records, accuracy, reporting etc started. ARG which was the payroll side of AgentHR started to play with payroll records and at one point our consultants were missing over 3 months of Payroll records in the Paychex Flex portal. Shortly thereafter around July 2023 our consultants started to receive pay through Intuit Quickbooks as well as wire transfer from ARG Healthcare. It appeared without consent, all consultants were pushed to this new company. However the payroll records were not accurate in the system and no reconciled. In **** no one has received a W2 statement and the company is now unreachable. They have also defaulted on a $1.6M line of credit with **************** as we received notice of this from a collections attorney (form letter sent to all previous customers). We have no way to help our consultants who need their records and Paychex and Intuit are not offering any assistance. We believe there has been fraud and other potentially criminal activity, yet these businesses are still shows as open and their annual reports are being filed. Someone is still running things somewhere.

They provided back office services for our business and have never given us a profit report or showed ** anything that shows ** how much we have earned or how much they owe **. I have asked for this dozens of times and have always been given the answer that we will get it soon. They have paid ** some random amounts over time but still owe ** a lot of money. All I am trying to get from them is the amount that they owe ** and the profit reports so we can pursue what we have worked hard for and earned. I even told them that I would settle for less then they actually owed ** if they just work with us but hear nothing.
