Southeastern Roofing installed my roof and when a leak was discovered they came out to asset and could not find the leak. Suggested that the leak was coming from my air condition. Upon review of the air system, it was determined that the vent pipe in the roof that connects to the plumbing had been broken when the roof was install. Numerous calls to Southeastern and text messages resulted in no response from them. I was given the owners number to contact them and left several messages with no results. I am warning others they might repair a roof but cause additional damages to your home that they will not admit and repair. Very disappointed after thinking they had done a great job. The leak from the vent pipe, not to mention my gutter guard were bent. Disappointed in not getting a reply on the issue of the vent pipe.Review from Annie E

As a homeowner you dread looking up and seeing stains on your ceiling. I immediately looked for a reputable company to come inspect. I found Southeastern, then to my surprise several of my friends had used them over the years. Long story short, they came out found the issue immediately. Worked with my insurance seamlessly, taking that burden off my shoulder was priceless. They took care of my roof, and my interior damages. I currently have them working on my business, commercial remodel. They are now my go to for all my projects. I highly recommend Southeastern!Thank you Southeastern for an amazing experience. From start to finsh, this company eased my stress with repairing my leak and replacing interior damage caused from the leak! Phenomenal customer service. Our site rep always answered their phone when we needed them. They also went out of their way to make sure our vision for our project was perfect before signing off.
