      Absolutely terrible. Bought a dehumidifier manufacturer reman. Was missing a part - an adaptor. THREE PHONE CALLS LATER - I was told the part was out of stock, and there was no shipping date available. Asked for a credit card ( about $20.00 ) . I was not about to do this with the open ended shipment date.

      Negative 100 stars. Bought a Refrigerator in September of 2023, within a few months, the left side door, would not close and seal properly, I put up with it for several months because I just cdn't get thru to them. finally, when I was able to file a claim with them, since I purchased the extended warranty, it has been one delay after another. Sent them receipt 4 times then another couple weeks go by, nothing once again, continue to contact them to finally get some kind of communication that someone would be out to fix the refrigerator. Took a few more weeks for the incompetent tech to come here with his child, wasn't mentally prepared, 2 hr. fix AT the most, 4.5 hrs. later ****** still not fixed, LOW N BEHOLD SUDDENLY HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEM, HE PINCHED THE CONTROL PANEL WIRES WHEN CLOSING PLATIC COVERING AND NOW THE CONTROL PANEL DOES NOT WORK, by this time tech had already left and had a dead cell phone so cdn't reach him. When I came back in the house, ****** is beeping. Called Hisense to report, did all the things to reset fridge at least 15 times and still, CONTROL PANEL DOES NOT WORK! Tech leaves his tool charger after reminding him to make sure he has all his stuff. I FED his kid because he did not feed him b4 coming & no thank you from either one of them. The tech never did come back after he finally read his text that I sent him. phone call later that he was on his way was a No-********* further communication from tech. Call Hisense several more times, to get we have escalated your claim to a manager blah blah, same delays, no action. They want to send the same incompetent tech out again. WTH, absolutely not. guess what, still waiting for a new unit as suggested by this tech and they DO NOT return calls. I failed to mention that my fridge started to overheat externally and the side bar between doors was just about on fire, I had to unplug for quite a while the day tech created control panel issue while fixing a door that never was fixed. Still waiting

      I think this company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Times for call backs, repairs, or next steps are given up to 48 hour blocks which are never met. If you want to speak to someone other than a drone it's a wait "up to end of business day" yet another timeline that is not met. If you by some miracle get sent to the higher level of service and have an issue (like me where they just randomly scheduled a date time for a service tech to come out) they have no way of contacting that person/company because they "don't have that info" and "have no way of gaining that information" mind you been in this process for almost a month just to get to this point. But the repair people "should" contact me 24hrs before they show up to from the way this is going dictate to me that they will show up the next day without any kind of real idea of a time. I was told I am not able to reschedule this and if I was not home when they showed up I would "miss my repair time" and the drone I talked to had no idea if I would be able to reschedule after " missing" the repair time.

      I have never had such horrible customer service from a company! I bought a Hisense electric range in June 2023. in July 2024 the electronic panel stopped working. I bought an extended warranty. 3 weeks later I am still waiting for the repair to be done. Yesterday they actually sent a tech out with no repair part - what a waste of time.I get no response on when this might be fixed. They are rude at customer service.DO NOT BUY A ********************** APPLIANCE!!!!!

      This is the worse tv ever! I bought this during Covid and it started to mess up 1 day after the warranty and prior to, no technician or customer service was available to help due to short staffing during the pandemic. I regret the day I bought this trash!

      truly as bad an experience as Ive ever had with any company in my nearly 70 years.and all this over a simple and inexpensive remote control for a less than 2 week old window ac.long story short remote stopped working 2 weeks after i bought the ac from lowes.this was for a stroke victim. and a working remote was a must.i got in touch with hisense and did every test on the remote that they asked me to do.it failed all of them.this did not stop them from continuing to give me the run around.mind you i had the receipt, the model # and everything else they wanted.but they wanted a serial # for the ac unit. for the life of me i couldn't find it.but i did get an email from lowes customer service saying sometimes its inside the unit.(i was not about to start taking this thing apart).so i got back in touch with hisense customer service and they insisted they couldn't help me without the ac serial #(this of course as i later found out was bull$hit) case closed. thats when i got in touch with the bbb within a couple of days hisense miraculously found a way to send me a new remote...amazing..still the thing that ****** me off the most is this miserable company didn't give a rats a** that this a-c unit was going to be used by someone who couldn't operate it without a working remote....pathetic. im sorry that i had to leave a star.they dont deserve even 1.

      I purchased a Hisense ******** in August 2023. Over the weekend of August 3, 2024, the tv malfunctioned. I lost several over-the-air channels and my app for the internet. Because the tv was still under warranty, I called the store where I bought the tv and was told to call Hisense ***************** When I called ********************** customer service I hoped a service representative would visit to help me resolve the problem. I was told to perform reset actions which I had already done. I could not get a Hisense service man to visit. I ended up buying a new smart tv. I do not recommend Hisense to anyone. The customer service is terrible.

      Hisense Corp. installed their software update on my tv, Once the update finished and was installed the tv won't play or start anymore. It lights up with the Hisense screen and turns off. My television was working fine before they installed this update. Called the tech support and tried the restarts that they walked me through but nothing worked. Then they called me the next day and tried to say it was a hardware problem. There was no problem with the tv until this update. Looked on line and many people posted the identical problem. Since my tv was purchased more than a year ago they said it was not under warranty and there was nothing they could do. My tv model number is 32A4H, with a manufacter date of 03-24-2022. I feel I have done nothing wrong and they destroyed my TV.

      This ** started having issues within the first year of owning it. Would turn off randomly or would just stop displaying certain apps even though they were already updated. I would have to continuously unplug my ** and plug it back in. I never called to report this because even though it was an issue it was minor. Had I known there was a one year Warentee that came with the ** I would have returned the ** and gotten my money back. This ** is no more than 2 years old. Its ridiculous that now my ** wont turn on at all. I did every single trouble shoot possible for my **. Its even more dumb that this model doesnt have a hard reset button. If I spend 350$ on a product I expect the life expectancy to be a lot longer than 2 years! I work hard for my money and so does my husband. We dont have money to continuously splurge on things. I should have to purchase an extended Warentee with how much I spent on the product already! TWO YEARS?! Ive done research and there are SO many people with the exact same issue! Many of which seem to have the same manufacture month and year as mine. February of 2021. If you want your money to go towards something reliable stay away from Hisense! **************** did not help me at all. I spoke to 3 people including a supervisor. Absolutely no care for the customer in trying to resolve this company defective device. All I can do now is make sure I can tell every single person I know to never ever buy a Hisense **, write reviews and possibly contact a lawyer. Im not sure if a class action suit has started, but best believe I will be the one to start it!
