Purchase 2014 Promaster **** on 11/28/2023 due to the holidays I kept it park and was going to use the vehicle for my business after the holidays I didnt have the Vehicle for 60 days and it was a major oil and coolant leak I called the dealership and spoke with ****** he told me he will get back to me but never did I called and called nobody answered so I left a review up about the business the owner was unhappy now I get these threading texts from the owner I just want the vehicle repaired or exchange or return my refund backInitial Complaint

On Saturday May 25 2022, I bought a 2013 Dodge Durango from United Auto Gallery. They let me drive off the lot without verifying I have a job. Not even a full hour later the check engine light comes on i took the car to an auto shop to use the scanner and error code p0306 (a missfire in the cylinder, engine issues) I called the dealership and The owner, a *******************************, tells me to bring the truck back that day but I was unable because I had to work that night. So we agreed Id bring the truck back Tuesday and he would have it looked at and fixed. The following days Sunday, the 26th Monday, the 27th & that Tuesday morning the 28th the truck was cutting off on me while I was in the middle of the road/highways. After dropping the truck off, Days go by and ******************* did not reach out to say he fixed the truck he seemed more interested in just getting it off his lot , trying to rush the verification of my employment I noticed in the 2 times I went back to the lot after I dropped the truck off it was still in the same place and nothing was done. So on June 2nd 2022, I informed ******************** over the phone that I would jus like to return the car and get my money refunded because this situation is stressful and I didnt feel comfortable paying for a car thats not in a reliable condition and he starts going crazy yelling at me telling me I broke the vehicle and to just send him copies of my check stubs and I reiterated that I was no longer interested and I would like a refund. I spoke with the Lien holder (westlake financial) and they informed me that I had 30 days to return the truck and get my refund. When they canceled the contract ******************* reached out to me in text to say that he had gotten them to waive the verification of employment and that the truck was mine I told him I didnt like the business he doing and Id like a refund and he is refusing. *Attached are photos of the error code and text messages from ******************************.
