I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Worst service I have ever received from any company!

The service was good at first but it has gotten worse. Core aeration was only half done. I could see from my camera where the employee looked at my back yard then walked away. I guess he just didn't want to do the work. Half the job done but then get an invoice for the full amount. I called to complain and they ended coming back out to complete the job. Unfortunately, they destroyed one of my lights and wiring and damaged my metal fence. Again, I get an invoice for full price despite the damage that will cost me money to repair. The last two weed treatments were only partially done. They never make it through my backyard. Plus, my lawn is riddled with weeds. I'm going to be canceling my service.

Worst people to go for **** care. Make sure dont even call them. I signed up for 1 time lawn care for weeds missed a whole spot on side. Called for touch up the person was so mad he had to come in and redo was cursing I even Have recording of it. Kept saying b*tch word. Ignored it and signed up for tree and shrub so all weeds needs to be gone. They come in just spray front and back miss the whole area of shrubs that on the incline next to my house since its biild on a up hill. Called them she says did u call us. Why shld I call everytime. You should be able to know what areas to spray if you dont ask me. But no you dont do that you just spray what you feel like and leave. Worst customer service on phone aswell. Stay away from them uall.

Was very unsatisfied with their service. Watched the workers twice and they did not do the work as promised. Called to cancel any future service and they would NOT cancel. They insisted that the full year contract be paid in full. With unsatisfactory service this was not an option and completely unreasonable. At minimum, future service should have been cancelled. If they had good customer service a full refund would have been offered. They continued to call asking for payment three additional times even though each time the reason for not continuing service was explained. They now have a collection agency involved when it was their poor service that caused lack of payment.

Horrible company, false advertisements you will not get the service that they claimed they providing to you. Poor communication, the technician does not care for your lawn. All they do is post a picket on your lawn.

I am filing a complaint with the BBB because of your unauthorized draft of my account, lack of customer service, agents being uninformed, rude customer service by someone that was being racist, and hung up on me. I cancelled my service with the company previously because they weren't following the terms of when my account was to be drafted, and once again it is happening again. My biggest issue with how empathetic and rude they are. It is unacceptable. I've asked to speak to a manager, and they refuse to allow me to speak to one. I want my contract cancelled immediately. I'm forced to give 1 star and they don't even deserve that.

Your company is the worst you didn't do the work but you took my money. I was told my cameras are no good and your cameras are high tech and it shows he did my yard. You are nothing but a bunch of lyers I look at the people across the street from my house cameras and it is giving me the same thing mines is he never did the word

This is the worst lawn care company. They were servicing my home in Lawrenciville GA . I discovered that the grass was dieing instead of growing. I call and ask to ************** the property until a manager could come and look and advice why the lawn was dieing eventhough they were treating it each month. I spoke to ***********************. Who promised to come and see the lawn. He did not come the date planned, but they keep serviceing the lawn and charging my card 2 more time before I realized, hence I call back and remove my card from file and they continue service the property againt my wishes i keep calling and asking them to stop but the keep doing. Now they want me to pay for 2 last service. I call back spoke to ***** and he expained what why the lawn was dieing. We were not able to come to an agreement during that conversation he then said he will write off the balance and we would go a saperate ways. Now I am getting calls that My account is going out to collections. This company is a scam. To day I spoken to a young lady by the name of ***** and she said I have to pay half before they they can write off the balance. They just do as they wish and you have to pay. They are very unethical dishonest. They are what I call business bully.. no one should do business with them espically ***********************

Unlimited Lawn care practices very poor business policies, very unethical and almost fraudulent. Signed up and pre-paid a year of service visits , and after two years of prepay, and my lawn still full of weeds. For the year 2023 after the prepay was confirmed, at the end of the year they charged me extra owing a balance for a glitch in their system. They didn't even inform me and just added to the account. After several conversation, they were not able to explain clearly the amount I owe when it paid in full. They are ridiculous in their service and their management and staff cannot be trusted with their quotes. I called them to cancel my service and not extend the service for ****. But they did service my home without any prior approval and asked me to pay the amount. I paid them the full ***** and canceled the service to get rid of them forever. This is the worst unethical company I have come across. I would recommend being cautious if you are using their service.
