AVOID this company!!!! I would not recommend Weedman to anyone. By far, the worst business I have ever come in contact with. We bought our house one year ago bc the backyard was pristine and everything I had ever wanted. We kept the same services the previous owners had so that it would stay perfect. In July we noticed patches or concern, the first photos below, and I sent several emails, most without any response. Then in August we realized they had been treating our neighbors house thinking it was ours. They admitted to this. We requested multiple times that they would knock on the door when treating the yard so we could have a face to face interaction and they didn't. They would come out to treat or aerate, bill us, but the service was never done. Proof from no evidence in the yard and from our security cameras. The last picture is our yard now, it's heart breaking. This is our place, our yard, the place our family gathers, we have four kids and it is devastating to us. They do not care...not one bit!!! This is our property, our yard, and it's dirt now. It's where I drink my coffee and read in the mornings and this is what I look at now. I am so deeply sad and feel as if my hands are tied.
