Transaction date was 7-28-22. ****** ****** visited my home to perform a site survey and provide an estimate for a fiberglass pool purchase and install. He seemed very knowledgeable and honest. I provided him with a check for $9252 to Premium Fiberglass Pools of Ga LLC which was the required deposit to order our poo. He estimated the pool would be here in November. ****** contacted me through text numerous times stating that he was coming to start site prep beginning early September. One excuse after another, and finally showed up and started digging 4 November. They half dug the pool hole and that was the last time anyone has been on site. Repeated texts back and forth through mid December stating that they were coming out to finish prep work. When I questioned where the pool was, he responded with a 1 January delivery date. During this process he tried to get me to pay for other supplies that he said he had ordered which I refused until I physically saw them. This is when I started to feel scammed and called the county to see if a permit had been approved which there was no record of. I then called Premium Fiberglass pools of Florida which is the wholesaler the pool was supposed to be ordered from and they told me he had never ordered my pool. I have repeatedly told ****** to return my deposit and he has not. I found out that I am not the only one having issues with this man. During this process somewhere along the way he changed his company to Tide Water South LLC. He came out here and dug a hole in my yard without a permit under this company. I have since put a deposit down with the factory for a new pool which they will expedite due to my situation. I have also submitted for a permit through my county which they are trying to expedite as well. I will be installing the pool myself. I cannot overstate the stress and inconveniences this man has caused.
