I had my wedding here at the venue on December 21st 2023. I chose the Micro wedding package which included decorations, the venue, chairs, tables, food, cake, music and in house photography. The total for this package was $1099 which I paid prior to the event. I was told following the wedding that our pictures would be a bit delayed due to holidays and because the venue owner was behind on pictures (the venue owner offered the inhouse photography). I waited to contact the owner about the pictures on January 17th via text message. I saw that she read the text but did not respond. I then waited 3 additional weeks before I reached out again via text, which she did not respond. A week later I decided to call thinking maybe she did not get my text. She did not answer my call so I left a voicemail. She texted me back within 5 minutes stating that she was on a conference call and that her mom had been sick the last few weeks but that she was working on my pictures that week and would have them to me the end of the following week, which would have been the week of February 19th. I did not receive the pictures that following week, I then waited until February 26th before I followed up, I still received no response from this text either. I attempted to call her today March 12th. She did not answer. As I was leaving a voicemail the call was disconnected. I then sent a text message as well as email and direct message on her professional social media site. I have not gotten any response nor update. She told me initially that the pictures usually takes 8-10 weeks for turn around, we are approaching the 12th week and I have not received my pictures that were promised to me in contract from the wedding package we paid for.Business response

Thank you for allowing us to host ******************! We enjoyed you and your family and guests! I am so sorry it took an additional 2 weeks beyond the timeline. I am glad you have now received your photos, as well as giving you all of the RAW files taken at no extra cost as well. Thank you again! I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Thank you for hosting our wedding. Everything was beautiful. I didnt mind the wait, only the lack of communication about the pictures. Thank you for getting them to me.
