Charging prices way higher than what is listed on the menu.Ex: The half chicken platter should be $10.49 a piece. I was charged $41.97 for three.This is an unfair business practice.Business response

We were going through some changes when this complaint was filed. We were then in the process of getting new menu boards with our new prices. We did have signs up saying prices have changed and our employees were directed to go over the changes as the customer was ordering. Sorry for any inconvenience but this matter has been taken care of. Thanks, management of Stateline BbqCustomer response

There were no signs or Price corrections on the board outside where I ordered. I also didn't notice at that time I only received two of the chicken three plates that I was charged for, I began filled out the complaint after paying before receiving my food and receipt. I don't live far from there and have eaten there many many times and knew about what I should have been spending compared to what I was charged.
It's not the job of those poor girls to quote unquote walk through prices with every order.

We have taken care of this matter. We have new prices listed on our menus now. At the time this happened we were in the process of changing prices. We had signs that said please be advised our prices have changed and Our employees were instructed on how to explain the prices during our change over. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused anyone.
