I think the salesman I talk to was a bs artist, promised everything, well roof got installed but nothing else was done, no paperwork as promised, no warranty or transferable as promised, no return to check out roof as promised, no return calls. No pool protection as promised. Overall Im very disappointed, yes roof is on, but I have damaged cedar siding, nails and plastic roof paper in my pool and no reply from them. Also found roof nails for months after. Installers were very loud, I had pixs falling off walls from the throwing of bundles on roof of two story. Dont use them is all I can say, much money later and forget about stopping payment, they will beat you to the bank. Apparently happened before. I could go on but whats the use, a review is all it will ever be.Thanks IH

After contacting KRG Roofing Inc about a needed repair they responded quickly and immediately schedule an estimate. They arrived at an arrange time within 30 minutes. After mutual greetings He begin the estimate. After the inspection He explained what needed to be done and how. He explained all to my understanding and even provided photos of the damage. A Repair date was schedule within a few days to repair the wind damage. I am satisfied with the repair and will continue to use the services of KRG Roofing. They were respectful and professional. They left the area clean and clear of any/all debris. They restored my home back in good time and now I find relief in knowing no further damage will occur in that area. I can now relax and continue to enjoy my home.Thank you,****

First of all, after reading some of the negative reviews of KRG, I'm calling B.S. to those complains. Second, I researched roofers and was skeptical of many roofers that I called because I didn't want to be scammed out of my money since the money I was using to pay for the roof was from the death benefits of my 15 yr old son who recently passed. Nonetheless, I needed my roof replaced because of it's general wear/age (18 yrs) and KRG was recommended by a friend. I was given ********'s number and talked to him that day. He was very informative, upfront, non-pressure sales, and even told me something that I thought I needed wasn't needed which saved me 4-digits in the long run. In fact, the price that was actually paid was on the LOWER end of the ballpark he gave me initially for the price. He was also able to prove to insurance that the issues were something that insurance needed to pay for and got insurance to pay for the roof. Everything that ******** told me would happen did and within a day or so of his expected timeline. Third, the roofers got here at the break of **** and worked tirelessly from **** until 7:10ish pm. They were fast, efficient, and very clean (i.e. cleaning up their "mess"). They also worked very hard all day long with one, one-hour break for lunch. Also, noise was very reasonable for me being home and a roof being installed.Finally, this company made the process of getting a roof as easy as possible and as painless as possible. I would...HIGHLY RECOMMEND...KRG Roofing. Everything they stated from start to finish was on the money. You cannot go wrong with KRG. **Two Thumbs Up**
