      I am a disabled veteran who is on a fixed income. My wife and I recently had an issue with the banking app that crashed while we were depositing a check. My wife went into the bank location to request that the overdraft charges be reversed. The bank manager noticed her and rolled her eyes and said "no" prior to even speaking with my wife about the issue. I called and asked the manager to please return my phone call by the end of the day if possible regarding this situation, but the manager called two days later. While speaking with her, I told her that I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income, and requested that the fees be returned to our account. She told me "don't play the disability card with me," which I found wholely disheartening and objectionable. A simple yes or no on returning the fees would have sufficed. I am requesting that the overdraft fees be returned to our account, and to have my concerns addressed about the exorbitant fees, as well as to have an apology from someone on their leadership team. My other concern is that many other people who are in my situation are being treated with disrespected and taken advantage of with unreasonable behavior and fees.       I am a ******** ******* who recently had to go out of state for ****** treatment. Unfortunately, we were out of state during the change over from SouthCrest, and we had no way to make a deposit or withdrawals due to not having received the new atm cards as of yet (not even check our balance).

      While we were gone, Colony hit us with about 30 nsf charges at $35 dollars a piece. The worst part is that they didn't pay anything on the charges that went through, they just continued to re-run them. When we finally got back into town we went to them and let them know our situation, and that I almost passed away in the hospital. They did offer to cover 2 nsf's, which was $70, but that still leaves us at least $1000 short of being able to cover my mortgage this month.

      I am all for supporting local businesses, but that being said, but also to hold them accountable. But this, I am sad to say is ridiculous! They won't even disperse debit cards to their customers. I have talked with at least 30 people who are experiencing similar issues and they are all very displeased.
