      Can't cancel plan. Tried by phone( recorder said due to technical problrms, chech back in 5 days). Tried by email, never had response to verify. Be safe stay away.

      The cash wash is amesome! It's the membership. I call in April and canceled it. We'll today I noticed I was charged a membership fee. So I called to get refund and was told I never called and had no record of it. Ask did I get email We'll that was over 30 days and ***** permanently delete after 30 days. I told the Rep if i never cancel why haven't i use the cash. I haven’t had my cash wash there since April. So i checked my bank again and I was charged last month too. Plus the membership I paid in April was for $26 but in May and June I was charged $44.97. I will never use Tidal wave car wash again. Just because of this problem.

      The Ownership, Management, and Corporate, Have no business running a business, Hope in corporate is the worst, very unprofessional, We don't need this kind of Fauld in our community. They sign you up for membership, with out you knowing, and try to charge you every month 49.95. Something I would have and have never agreed to. the only way this business can stay afloat is by Fauld gently stealing money from the customers accounts, Tidal Wave Auto Spa, in ******, **. fraudulently signed me up for a membership that they failed to explain. I called corp. to ask for an explanation and I was greeted by the rudest owner I have ever spoken to, her Name was Hope. You can tell by her conversation the company has Frauded thousand of customers out of their money, and refuse to return it. It's a shame the only was a company and stay open, is with trickery.

      I was sold 12 gift cards and by the next month was charged over 600 dollars worth of membership fees. They are so dishonest and will not refund me the total amount claiming I knew that these were not gift cards. WHAT??? Who buys 12 memberships for one car? Why did they refund any of it then? Go at your own risk

      Not a bad wash at my local store, and the employees are nice, BUT... when I requested a cancellation of monthly charges around NOV of last year it all went South. In late MAR24 I drove into the local TW to for a one time wash, and found that I was still a recurring member. In late 2023 I asked an employee at the place to cancel my recurring fees, and he soon returned saying I was good to go. They were obviously overwhelmed and did not offer a cancellation receipt. I though nothing of it since I successfully canceled my membership at another local car wash the same day. During this recent visit the current employee apologized for the previous cancellation having not been processed, and suggested that he not cancel my account then until I called the home office to get this resolved. He used my iPhone to screen shot his computer screen showing my inactivity for the past months, and told me to call the home office for a refund, he being able to process only for one month past. Twice I've called l corporate with poor results. Their customer service sucks. They steadfastly and repeatedly said they could not help me because I have no "receipt of cancellation". They would not listen and understand that I was not offered a receipt at the time of cancellation, and during two recent trips to our local store they could not give me a receipt for that past request. So I'm stuck with charges for between 3 and 5 month of service I never received because I never visited the local place during that time - even for a single pay wash. The problem is in flawed processes, insufficient training cycles, and intractable customer service. There is no customer "service" - only customer intervention. The local folks were understaffed and insufficiently trained when they opened last year. So corporate is the problem providing insufficient training and communication with at least the one franchise I dealt with. Tidal Wave has lost my biz for life & they don't seem concerned!

      I visited this business located in ******* ** in Nov of 2023. The attendant there had me to sign a form telling me it was for one free visit. Later I found this business has been deducting money from my checking account each month for a full membership. Unfortunately, I didnt catch it until Mar, 2024. The attendants at this location must be instructed to be honest and clear about what they are having customers to sign. Additionally, the car wash was terrible and thats why I never returned for my free visit.

      We have been members for several months. We have only used the *********** *** ***** **, location. Every time we go, we receive incredibly friendly service, and our car comes out clean. Today, however, my car arrived at the wash covered in bird feces due to an unfortunate parking location. And when I say covered, I mean covered. There were thousands of droppings all over my *******. As I entered the wash, the workers still greeted us with a smile. Then. They took extra time to scrub my vehicle. Only once they loosened the dried droppings did they put my car through the wash. These two men worked tirelessly to make sure my car was clean, and they did so with good humor and a smile. The extra effort was greatly appreciated!

      Total rip off scam.... they offer a 19 dollar monthly wash and you add additional vehicle's at a discounted price.... the result is your checki g accountis charged 90 dollars a mo th for two vehicle's. When it should be 30 dollars.... a comete scam

      If I could give less than one star I would. My car was not clean when I left Tidal wave and they saved my bank card number without my permission! I know because they are tapping my bank account for $54.59 monthly for no services at all. I have reported them to my bank, disputed the payments, and have stopped future payments from going through. There is simply no reason to use Tidal Wave. They don’t really get your car clean. They don’t even vacuum! I am appalled!

      So far I love it. I was truly surprised by the complaints. However, after reading the individual complaints, there was only one I agree had a legitimate issue that wanted a refund for one account after somehow ending up with a duplicate account that had no usage. I found the attendants very helpful and explained I was joining a club that allowed for daily service and I would be billed the normal monthly rate after the first months promotional rate. The majority of the complaints were placed by individuals confused by this concept and somehow felt tricked into monthly billing. Certainly I understand the frustration of the owner of the 10 yr+ vehicle who had a broken glass, however, the restrictions state that they are not responsible for damage to vehicles 10 yrs old and older. After reading these complaints and making an individual assessment of their validity, I have joined the club and am pleased with the program.
