    Purchased a dryer and washer in November and I've had to replace the heating element twice since then. The washer sometimes doesn't drain the water out. I called them and of course they'll charge you to come out and fix the products that were already broken when they sold them to me. Please go elsewhere to spend your money because these are lemon products.

    ***. **** purchased a refurbished washer and dryer from us on 9/30/21. All refurbished appliances are fully tested by our technicians and come with a 90 day warranty. ***. **** first reported an issue with her dryer on 2/14/22 well after the stated warranty period for this unit expired. One of our technicians were on site on 2/16/22 at 8:01 AM to repair ***. ****'s dryer. Due to the repair coming well outside of the warranty period, ***. **** was charged for this repair. We did charge a discounted service rate since she purchased the machine from us originally. ***. **** called again on 2/17/22 to say that the dryer was still not heating properly. We had a repair technician out to ***. ****'s residence the same day to address this and he arrived at 4:21 PM. Upon inspecting the unit, the technician discovered that the unit was heating properly. ***. **** stated that it was taking several cycles for the clothes to dry. This is typically a ventilation issue more so than an issue with the dryer itself. The technician attempted to check the exhaust vent but ***. **** lives in an apartment building and the dryers are vented high up on an exterior wall. The technician did note that several of the vents did not have vent shields present. If one of these went to ***. ****'s unit it is very possible that water or debris could have gotten in and caused a blockage in the ventilation system. The technician advised ***. **** to notify the apartment's maintenance department so that they could address this issue. ***. **** was not charged for our 2nd trip to check on this unit. This ventilation issue would certainly be the culprit of the unit heating but not getting the clothes dry as described in the 2nd trip but it could also be the cause of the issue she had before and any issues she has had since. I do not have a way to attach documents to this comment but I can provide the invoice that was signed at the time of purchase acknowledging the 90 day warranty, the test sheet from when our technicians tested the dryer before it was sold, and an image of the outside ventilation issue at ***. ****'s apartment building to anyone who is interested.
