For about two years I've had a c pap machine which my insurance company has rented from Mrs homecare in lagrange ga. Around ******* a rep from Mrs called me wanting to sell me medical supplies. I told them yes if my insurance would pay for them. No word back from Mrs until I received a package with medical supplies. Then a week later I received a bill for 98 dollars and 98 cents. Witch was bad deal cause they dent try to see if my insurance would cover it.Business response

Mr. ****** has been on all call for since recieving his machinedoc 2 call log. Mr ****** also reived and paid his copay portion. At that time he should have reached out to discuss bill.doc. 3His pricate insurance was billed and paid doc. 1Patient was aware of what was going on doc. 4 notes included where he was driving and updates insurance. Any questions or additional info Please contact me . Thank you John F****** VP of operations.**************************************** Consumer Response /* (3000, 13, 2022/07/27) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The billing did not show where the insurance had paid any thing. And I have no copay that reflects the amount that was charged. This company should tell its customers what the prices of medical supply before sending them out. Thanks
