My husband passed in ******* of 2019. I have repeatedly talked to them about adding the deceased year to his marker. My Copy of the marker purchase states that future dates are included. It has been * years and they still have not provided the date to his marker.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/11/30) */ We have no records that indicate this was paid at any time. The original contract has nothing showing it was included at that time. I have asked Mrs. ********* to produce a receipt showing payment was made and for what amount was paid. She produced a document that was filled out some time after the original contract was made and a box was marked indicating the date scroll was paid for but had nothing showing a payment. This document is a questionnaire that was used by the cemetery personnel to sell more merchandise to lot owners by questioning the customer about what they have and what will be needed in the future. Mrs. ********* actually paid us to order the scroll with his death date and this was in the time frame of Covid shutd0WT1 and delays. She then came back and wanted her money back, so I gave her money back to her and she produced the questionnaire having the box marked. Our records for the cemetery have been fairly accurate being all the original contracts have been saved onsite here. If they can produce a document showing a payment I will gladly re-order the scroll. This is a common occurrence when Family members were told that everything at the cemetery was paid for. When actually everything on the contract was paid for, that just didn't include everything that could be needed at the time of death. Sincerely, Tony ****************
