On 9/22/21 I purchased a vehicle from this business, I put a down payment of $8,000 towards it. The very next day I returned the vehicle after salesman ****** gave false information about the vehicle as well as failing to inform me that the vehicle is not a third row seat and could not have one installed. I told the sales manager ******* ******** that I just wanted a refund of my down payment, which had been taken from my account not even a full 24 hours prior. Instead he says that they can't refund me and placed me in a 2020 GMC Yukon. The vehicle had severe rust damage to the undercarriage, this was expressed to the staff. I took it back on 9/28/21 to have the issue amongst others fixed. I didn't get the truck back until 11/4/21, and I was making payments the entire time it was in their possession for repairs. Supposedly they sent it to a body shop in Florida to have the rust damage treated, only for the body shop to paint over the rust, (I was not given the body shops name or address). I found this out after having to have some body work done due to an accident on 11/24/21. Every staff member that I spoke with only lied to me, never returned my calls, and acted as if the receptionist ****** wasn't giving them the message(s). I was able to speak with the GM after calling numerous times and it was only after I asked to speak with the CEO, that the GM actually spoke with me. I was told by the GM, ******* ****** that he would help me get into another vehicle within the Prince Automotive Group, this was in early December. I called on 2/24/22 and left a message with the receptionist for the GM, as he instructed me to do, once I found another vehicle that I liked. He never returned my call, so I called again today, 3/3/22 and she says she gave the GM the message and would also let the salesman ****** know. I have yet to receive a call back from either of them. I want the GM to honor his word by allowing me to trade in this vehicle.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/04) */ ******* ********, our Sales Manager, spoke to Mrs. ***** yesterday March 3 and today March 4. She stated everything was good and she plans to come in tomorrow to look at a Tahoe we have in stock to work out a trade. Consumer Response /* (450, 9, 2022/03/07) */ The company and I have reached a resolution as of 3/5/2022. I was able to test drive and complete a trade in purchase for another vehicle.
