      Total Scam do not answer or work with this business. Transmission paid for invoice sent and no product was sent. The number and email address I had had been disconnected when I tried to contact them. Red Flag should have been when I gave him my CC # over the phone he called back and said he must have got a number wrong he was going to send me over a link to pay, thought that sounded actually more on the up and up. The number on the website is active when I called that and spoke to I guess a FAKE owner he asked me to hold so he could check on the status and one minute into the call I was hung up on! KARMA AND I HOPE HE GETS HIS

      I can't stress enough about how horrible my car experience was. I bought a brand new Honda ****** *****. The car was filthy and bubbles were starting to appear on day one. I was told to bring my car back to have the tint redone. The tint was horrible and Donny refused to fix the tint, because I had given them a bad review. Today the tint is so bad, I can barely see through the rear window. The car was filthy. I had to stop and get rags and glass cleaner to clean my windows, the same day I bought the car. Once I signed on the dotted line, I was nothing to them and was treated as such.

      This car was purchased over 2 years ago from our dealership back in ******** of 2020. This customer was not happy with the tint so we had it redone. She was still not happy with it. Our GSM told her to go have it redone a 3rd time at a place of her choosing and we would pay for it. She never did and now our offer to have it redone has expired because it has been over 2 years.
      We have one of the highest customer satisfaction scores in the Georgia zone and we strive to meet every customers' expectations.
      We are sorry **. ********'s were never met after numerous tries.

      I was NEVER offered a third time. That is a bold face LIE! No customer would be satisfied with a brand new $27,000. car, that had bubbles in the tint. Donnie said everything I complained about was true, but he was mad I gave them a bad review on ******. He offered me a free car wash with my first oil change, NO THIRD TINT FIX. NOBODY would just walk away with the trash tint, and dirty vehicle. I was told by Donnie after my second tint, "We just can't please you" I HAD BUBBLES IN MY TINT ON A BRAND NEW CAR, what are they not getting? I WAS NEVER EVER EVER OFFERED A THIRD TIME. I DONT LIKE LIARS. All Prince wants to do is argue, they don't care about a happy customer. Donnie stood in the parking lot right after my tint was done the second and tried to smooth out a tint bubble with his credit card. I'm riding around with hundreds of bubbles on my back window with their name on it. It's more bad advertising for them. Just don't lie, geez

      They give you the run around. My motor blew up in my 2017 ******* I purchased in August, that was in April. Here it is August again 5 months since my motor blew up and Prince told me they weren't covering my rental after someone already told me they were. I am a college student who now owes enterprise $1,800 for a rental car that Patrick or Cody told me was going to be covered under Prince Automotive. They suck and will no longer have my business and I will be telling people to NEVER buy a vehicle from them again. RIDICULOUS!

      The facts are this vehicle was purchased used on **** *, 2021. The engine failed in *** of 2022. The customer had purchased an extended warranty that covered the repair and received a brand new motor that was paid for by the extended warranty company.
      The customer was told when he purchased the vehicle and bought the extended warranty that rental coverage was available for 6 days and a max of $320.00. He was also told this when his vehicle was in the service department. He asked to rent a vehicle for **** 8-13 because he was told he only had 6 days of coverage. ********** ****** was also told Prince Honda was only paying for those 6 days. He knew this and he does not deny that. No one is authorized to give more days rental coverage. Our service department personnel know these guidelines and would not have told this customer to keep his rental car any longer than what the extended warranty company agreed to pay.
