      My fiancé and I took my ************************ to Griffin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram initially on ******** because the truck would not start. They diagnosed the issue as the starter was bad. The starter was replaced. They found white smoke coming out of the tailpipe, found water pump leaking and cylinder 5 misfire. Total amount paid on ********** was $1168.20. I had to return my vehicle back to the shop on ********** because again it would not crank again. Once the car was diagnosed again they stated that the coolant was leaking and water found on the cylinders locking up the starter, water pump leaking and blown head gasket. The head gasket was "replaced" and sent off head assy to get resurfaced for warp-replaced valve cover gasket, water pump, intake gaskets and spark plugs. Filled coolant, bled system, and test drove. I picked the vehicle up and paid $2494.17 on ************************* the car started running hot as I drove the vehicle 10 miles going 55MPH. I looked under the hood of the vehicle and there is coolant leaking everywhere inside the hood. I have taken my vehicle to this licensed service team 3 times and my issue with my truck is still remaining the same. At this time I want my vehicle fixed, and I feel as if I should be refunded for the issues that I keep having and money that this is costing me because I'm having to borrow someone else's car to get back and forth to work. I trusted Griffin to resolve the issue that I'm having with my vehicle and they have failed me 3 times. At this point I do believe the mechanics are causing issues so that they can continue to get my money. I spoke with the service manager on ********** and he did not seem very concerned about the issue that is at hand instead he tried to point fingers at me making it seem as if it was my fault for the vehicle running hot and leaking coolant inside. I am very upset and a angry customer because this is not what I was expecting when I initially dropped my vehicle off to them.

CUSTOMER WAS ADVISED WATER PUMP WAS LEAKING -CUSTOMER DECLINED FURTHER REPAIRS,A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER CUSTOMER RETURNED WITH NO CRANK CONCERN TECHNICIAN PERFORMED FURTHER DIAGNOSIS FOUND STARTER LOCKED UP SO HE STARTED LOOKING INTO WHAT CAUSED REPEAT REPAIR AND FOUND INTERNAL COOLANT LEAK IN ENGINE THAT CAUSED PRESSURE TO BUILD UP ON THE PISTONS AND CREATED STRAIN ON STARTER - TECHNICIAN FOUND HEADGASKET BLOWN FROM POSSIBLE OVERHEATING CONCERN . ADVISED CUSTOMER HEADGASKETS AND WATERPUMP NEED TO BE REPLACED . CYLINDER HEAD WAS SENT TO MACHINE SHOP FOR INSPECTION AND HEADGASKETS AND WATERPUMP WAS REPLACED . CUSTOMER RETURNED WITH COOLANT LEAK A FEW DAYS LATER AND MET WITH *************** -SERVICE MANAGER -HE INSPECTED AND FOUND COOLANT LEAK AT PRESSURE HOSE CAUSED BY A FAULTY RETAINING CLAMP -REPLACED CLAMP PRESSURE TESTED SYSTEM ,TEST DROVE 20 MILES AND RETURNED TO CUSTOMER . NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMER SINCE **************** . EVERYTHING WITH REPAIR IS OKAY NOW . CUSTOMER DID HAVE THREE VISITS FOR THREE DIFF PROBLEMS .DEALERSHIP WILL BE HAPPY TO REVIEW ALL REPAIRS WITH CUSTOMER AND EXPLAIN ALL CHARGES AND PROCEDURES . TECHNICIAN NAME ************** MANAGER ***************. MOST OF THE PROBLEM WITH THIS CASE IS COMMUNICATION AND UNDERSTANDING THE REPAIR AND DIAGNOSIS PROCESS.

      I purchased a 2019 used ********* from Griffin Ford on June *** 2021. The sale person's name is Oscar. After the test drive, as a precondition for buying the truck, Griffin Ford was to fix an issue with the gear selector and some loose leather under the drivers seat. Griffin Ford agreed to the terms and I purchased the truck that day. After waiting 30 days for the business to contact me, I called and Oscar had me come in with the truck and the "We owe you" paperwork. I met Oscar, gave him the paperwork, we walked over to the service department and they looked over the truck. They told me they would order the parts and call me back in. 30 days later I call to check in. They are now telling me they don't have the "We owe you" paperwork and are refusing to fix the issues with the truck. I have talked to the service dept., (Amanda & Michael), Sales manager, (Zack) and the GM, (Hunt) with no resolution. I've called everyday for the last week and no one will return calls.
