      I had begun to process a sale for merchandise through Fort Troff over the weekend of 12/2/23. The website had advertised a sale with an unknown end date. Unfortunately I didn't process the sale immediately. I had reviewed the amounts discounted and totals at that time and was going to spend $600. When I returned to my mobile device on 12/5 at 2:25 AM, and reloaded the web page, the sale was still present on the merchandise. The percentage amounts off were still there. I processed the sale and to my surprise, even though the amounts were still advertised, they had "ended the sale" and charged me the full amount for each item. I received an order confirmation - EVERY ITEM STILL HAD THE PERCENT OFF ON THE DESCRIPTION. Hours later, I received a SHIPPING CONFIRMATION - EVERY ITEM STILL HAD THE PERCENT OFF ON THE DESCRIPTION. The amounts now have changed to the regular price, and the retailer has told me that I should've checked the final price, but I did over the weekend and I was in agreement with the sale price. When I saw the regular price on the confirmation's I simply thought it was the subtotal before the sale was calculated. Again, ALL OF THE MERCHANDISE still had the percentages off on them in the ***** DESCRIPTION, but they weren't taking the percentages off. Indeed even today when I clicked on the invoice number and linked to their website, the items still show the amount discounted that they should've taken, but took nothing off. They are actively advertising a sale, tricking the customer into selecting the items, and then NOT TAKING THE AMOUNT OFF. I have explained this to the customer service representative and they have refused to budge, even though they are sending me the confirmations with the amounts that should be discounted. I am in awe as to how illogical the company is being and can only describe as fraudulent. I have asked to refund the order and they have refused. They are unwilling to assist in any way.

      Fort Troff order #******* We purchased a bench with mechanical parts on July 1, 2022. It arrived on July 5th. We spent $1,100 on the bench and $75 on shipping. See copy of receipt #******* attached. When it arrived one of the k**** was broken when we put it together and when we tries it out the machine was very week and would not work for it purpose. So a k*** and the machine was defective. We sent them an email informing them within days of receipt of the item to inform them of the defects. When we purchased it we looked at the return policy and saw it said if it was defective reach out to them and it would be replaced. Which is what we did. It doesn't say anything about customer having to pay for return shipping in the defective product part. They informed us that we would need to pay and have it shipped back to them. But as per their own return policy for defective items it does not say that customer must pay to have it returned "see attachment". It cost us $75 to have it shipped to our house and that is with a shippers discount. It would cost us even more for us to ship it back. So we have been going back and forth about this. Then they want us to pay another $75.00 to have the new bench shipped back to us. We have snuggest that they ship us the two pieces that are defective with a return label in the box. And once they are received we will ship back the defective parts saving a lot on shipping charges. They have refused to do so and insist that we pay for shipping to ship the whole bench three ways when they are the ones that shipped us a defective item. On October 10, 2022 they finally sent us a RA number and told us we had five day to ship it back or it couldn't be replaced. But we still have not come to a understanding. We are not willing to pay shipping charges to have it shipped three times when all we need is to have them ship the two small parts out to be replaced. And they send a return label with the replacement parts for us to return them.

      I went to return and item via online. At first I asked to exchange it and then asked if I could get a refund instead. I was told they would offer store credit and to use the same code they gave me. I paid to ship it back and they sent the exchange. I reached back out saying they made a mistake and to please send postage and they refused and said I have to pay for it. I have email evidence it is their mistake.

      I bought a 16 inch d**** from this company and upon receiving it I noticed some things werent as advertised. The shape of the *****, and the color of the d**** was completely different than what was advertised by this company. I reached out to the company by phone, and by email and they are denying my claims, and will not offer a refund (or store credit) unless I return the d**** Upon which I would have to pay for the return shipping, (which I am not going to do). I have had problems with this company and their false, deliberately misleading advertising of their products before as well. As their products are very poorly made, and you will almost always encounter some type of problem with your purchase. When I contacted them, they lied to me several times. Number 1, saying the color is not wrong, its just the lighting (which is completely false). Number 2, they told me I have returned items to their store before (which is also a lie). I want a full refund to the debit card I used, for the amount of store credit, and my own money I paid for my last 2 purchases with them. I do NOT want store credit from them, as I will NEVER be doing business with them again. I would also like an apology for how rude they were when I contacted them with these issues.
