If possible, Id give this company a minus 5 review. Our new 2023 Roadtrek Van was there for minor warranty repairs and they left the keys in the van, unlocked, and it was stolen off their lot on August 12, 2023. The theft wasnt discovered until August 14. For a month we got repeated reassurance from the ** that Campers Inn would do the right thing. All we wanted was their insurance information to file a claim with their insurance. They NEVER gave us the insurance information and the owner never responded to a registered letter asking for the same. We had to get a lawyer, work through our insurance, and now, 8 months later, have just settled with their insurance. We are still out of pocket by thousands of dollars but the costs of suing and the ongoing stress led us to get it settled. Their corporate values statement is a bunch of BS. We NEVER received even an apology from upper management. In fact we never received any call or contact from anyone except the local **. Screwed by Campers Inndo not spend your hard earned money here. If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the most incompetent location we have ever dealt with. We have taken our camper to them twice . The first time was for warranty work. They had our camper for ALMOST A YEAR !!! They never return phone calls or email. You have to hound them weekly to answer any questions and then they come up with any excuse in the book as to why it was still not done. Our insurance company reached out to them with several different emails, and phone calls to get a quote for the job. It took them 6 MONTHS to even get a quote for the work that needed done. Once the work was done we go to pick pick up our camper at the appt they scheduled and it wasnt brought out , cleaned or the batteries charged so we couldnt even open the slide to see if the work was done. We get it to the campsite get it hooked to power only to find they installed the dryer Vent on the wrong side of the camper when clearly the manufacturer sign inside says install here, then when pulling it around the guy snagged the power cord on pigtail pulling it loose, the fridge was replaced and they water damage on the floor beneath it didnt even clean up the mess , then only to have to bring it right back a few weeks later as it needed more repairs that were not completed. The 2nd time they have it for Months again. We go to pick it up. They brought out the wrong camper and had it hooked up saying the repairs are completed. Neither time was the camper cleaned and detailed like they said. We let them know obviously this hasnt been cleaned they take it back and say give them 35 mins they will wash it . Its just a nightmare dealing with the service department here . And customer service is nonexistent. Highly recommend finding somewhere else with ANY issues. Hopefully the repairs last aa so many others have stated on reviews they do c*** work that breaks constantly. Praying that will not be the case but if so we will NEVER go here again .Review from Virginia M

We purchased a 2022 Springdale Keystone camper from Campers Inn ****** ******* in March 2023. We had the camper in our possession for approximately 4 weeks and used it twice. The camper had several cosmetic issues on the inside, so we were told to bring it back and the issues would be resolved in 2 weeks. Its been 2 months and the issues have not been fixed and they have also wrecked our camper while they were moving it. There is also damage to the camper that has been done while in their possession besides the damage from the accident. We can not get any resolution to our issues with Campers Inn. They are truly taking advantage of people and should not be allowed to operate as a business.Review from Joyce F

We purchased a 2022 ************ in May of 2022 at campers inn in ***** *******. We were promised warranty work, however since August no repairs have been made. In fact they won't even return our calls. We started working with *****, but still no repairs. We definitely got a lemon. Beyond frustrated.Review from Heather W

BEWARE! ****************** is shady!!!! The worst experience with any business Ive ever dealt with. My 75 year old father took his camper here to have repairs done in Oct 2021. He dropped off, gave them a note with the issues and left. He was never asked to sign anything. ******* was who ultimately ended up helping him. He didnt receive any updates for weeks, he called and left message after message with no follow up whatsoever from staff at Campers Inn. Fast forward to February 2022. I decide to call for him because he is clearly being given the run around. ******* tells me that they ordered his parts in January. So from October-January, his camper just sat. I understand being busy, but he should have been updated weekly at minimum. Heck, even monthly would have been nice. The part that was ordered was large, and the freight was costly. I spoke to the service manager and he explained to me that my father would have to pay freight charges because the joke of a warranty that he purchased from campers inn would not cover it. I explained to the service manager that he would need to explain that to my father, for I could not make financial decisions for him, I was simply attempting to speak to someone regarding the status of his camper. ***** never did contact my father, and neither did *******. Fast forward to April. Camper is finally ready!!!! We are beyond ecstatic because my own family purchased a camper (elsewhere) and my parents had missed several trips with us since their camper was in the shop. We get there to pick up, and his **** is over $700.00!! His deductible was $50.00. He expected to pay more than that for other repairs made, but no one told him anything about $700.00! After we inspected the camper (which was ABSOLUTELY filthy) we asked to speak to the service manager, *****, about the ****. ***** then argued with me, on the sales floor in front of other customers, and said that I authorized the charges (which I did not)
