Please people out there run from this claim to be contractor like a thief . On the 2.25.2023 we hire this claim to be contractor to do my kitchen flooring. He came on the 2.28.2023 to start the job which he took out the old flooring. His method used to take out the tiles caused damages to my appliances.. My fridge door now has dents in them everywhere and my stove is dented with a broken k*** After knocking out the tiles I came to realization that he did not have the new set of tiles to start the job. He told us he will come back on the 2.29.2023 to start with new flooring. Seeing the unprofessionalism, I asked James out the contract which he refused but offered to repair the fridge door since i made him aware of the damges. We did not hear from him or see him the whole day. My husband called him and he says to my husband I was just about to call you, he told us he didn't have the tiles so we questioned why did he come & dig up the flooring if he knew he didn't have the tiles to start leaving the kitchen a mess. He started telling us so many stories. Anyway that guy didn't start the flooring until a week and about 2days after. In about 4 days after the job was supposedly done and it was safe to walk on the flooring, I noticed that when you walk on the tiles it moves from under your feet. I tripped several times because of the unleveled ness of the tiling and how they were laid. After bringing his faulty work to his attention, he made many excuses as to why it came out like that....instead of just fixing the issue. I then questioned James about having my fridge fixed as he agreed & he took it upon himself to send his worker in my fridge without my permission or approval and presence invading my privacy to get the serial number. I expressed with him how uncomfortable that made me feel then he responded by telling me I was being ridiculous. Since then he has been refusing communication and I am left with unleveled dangerous tiling and damages appliances. Wish no star
