I called then arrived to Secure a place to lay my head for the evening one night or 1 period of a couple of Hours. There are blood stains on the bathroom door a but a sticker which does not belong there along there all of the surfaces are poorly white bully white the bed sheets have you're iurine stains ray stains didn'things dingy the bed appears as though someone just pulled pulled previously used sheets up and remade the bed everything is damp it is involved but **** which is not which is the knot and should be oh it's definitely a healthcare violation the towels in the bathroom all have stains dark Gray but all of the spots on the sheets in the bed Are Brown and yellow and dark dingy Gray as well as the fact that the floor is sticky burn stains on the bathroom on the tub This is a non smoking room there are yellow-brown dots and stains all over the sheets completely unsanitary this is disgusting and I will be Demanding A full refund as well as making several complaints because it is it's not acceptable In regards to the health and public safety of your clientele.The wash clothes and the towels have dots on them that look like bed bugs as the matter of Fact. My phone number's on file. With all of the health ongoing as well as current health issues, HIV, Hepatitis, Covid, Monkey Pox, Bed Bugs...the entire bedspread,sheet sticky and like I said **** all of the supposed towels are all dirty they're all kinds of stains all in the bathroom that look like blood.Business response

Thank you for contacting us about Ms. ******************* complaint. ************** checked inn at the Masters Inn in the early morning at 1:25 am and she call after ***** minutes about linen and towels on that time Front Desk Assistance agree to change her linen and towels and she said she is going to take shower and come down for linen change. She did not call or come to the lobby. we are sorry to inform you that we are not willing to refund *************************** any refund.

I am homeless with a 3yo and a 10yo. I have a church paying for our stay and Ive been happy here for the most part other than the none cleaning and bug. Since checking in Ive spent a lot of money on cleaning supplies and paid extra $60 for our kitten. Our sheets havent been cleaned in a week and I was told I couldnt get new ones and I refused. The manger kicked us out today and told me to leave tomorrow at 11am and shes giving the church their money bac because I asked for a clean sheets. I think the manger has it out for me and she said I threatened her which I never did and wouldnt do and Im concerned she misunderstood me. So I dont know what to do with my kids and tomorrow and following. I was literally begging the lady and crying and apologizing and she said I want you and your kids out. Its to be noted the room hasnt been cleaned and I used most my money on cleaning supplies. Is there any way anyone can call before tomorrow at 11am and try and work this out with the managers so Im not kicked out on the streets. I promise to clean my own room and not ask for anything moving forward if we are allowed to stay for at least two more weeks. Zan ************Business response
