Hello!I signed up with a musician's magazine with a subscription based fee of $20/month. I notified the business via email multiple times that I no longer wanted to subscribe and wanted to discontinue their services. In this email, they directed me to a link to unsubscribe. When I tried to use the link - it would not allow me to due to technical issues on their end. I took screenshots of this, and informed this company via email that it was not working and to take me off the subscription based service. I recieved notification from my bank this month - that despite my efforts, they were still charging me. I contacted this company and told them that I wanted my money to be refunded and I wasn't going to warn them again - their website is not allowing me to unsubscribe and it needed to be done.They responded by attacking my character, and telling me that I wasn't allowed to contact them again. To me, these are fraudulent charges that I have documented and can provide their refusal to allow me to discontinue services.On a side personal note, I am a musical artist that signed up with this to help my career. They are scamming musicians by having them pay-to-play for shows - and recently uploaded a video that was titled, "Should you pay to play - Artists are s***** people!" ************************************************** They are calling their customers derogatory names, and while I publically wrote comments on ******* notifying them that this was a terrible way to treat people who pay the business (customers) - it appears they have deleted my comments.This company has no moral foundation - and no understanding of basic business skills. Please protect people against them and hold them accountable. You don't get to take money, refuse to end a subscription, attack a persons character, and then tell them not to contact them again - while the subscription remains in place.Thank you!
