I ordered 2 art kits via the Diamond Dotz Web site. My invoice number is #***** and I paid, via debit card, $76.48 and for 5 day shipping. I have not received any product to date and my multiple emails go unanswered. There is no phone number for customer service either. There was a weird issue with my address. I have autofil and have never had an issue with my address. I have read other people have had an issue with this company and addresses and no response.Business response

Hi,
The package in question is being returned to us because of an error with the address. We will resend the package by a different delivery service when it is returned to us by ***** which should be in the next few days. Please see attached notice from **** for details. Also, the phone number for Diamond Dotz customer service is ************. Our hours are 9 am - 5pm est.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. This isn't the first time the address was altered. There were many others with the same complaint. With autofil, my address was always entered correctly, and across multiple websites. They altered it on their end. I have found a better company with excellent customer service. I will never order from this company again. I would like it overnighted and signed for to ensure delivery.

I ordered a diamond dot art kit of a butterfly. I received a text for a $10.00 off discount. When I tried to use it, it only gave me 10% off. I have tried repeatedly to have them reimburse me or send product of equal value to me. Kept getting the run around. I can also send an email thread that shows my attempts at trying to get a resolution. Feel free to contact me at ************.Business response

I could not find Diamond Dot Art listed on the BBB website, but please direct the customer to the correct business.
