I highly discourage anyone from using Sweetwater Pools in the **********, ** area. I hired them 10 months ago to fully service a commercial pool. The last 5 months I encoutered various concerns, which include, but are not limited to lack or transpareny, communication and accountability in addition to extremely poor service, resolution and a complete lack of professionalism and willing to take any accountability for their continued errors. On 2 occasions their technicians forgot to turn off the water when filling the pool and left. The first time was caught after one hour, the second time was discovered 20 hours later due to it happening on a Sunday, leading to thousands of gallons of water being wasted. As a resolution after much back and forth and lack of ownership of the company's error they said they would install a filler timer. It took them over 5 weeks for them to install this as I had to ask numerous times.The final icing on the cake was when their technician opened the backwash with the valve being closed which led to the pipe completely combusting. The owner completely denied any fault and stated there was a crack in the pipe. Per the contract they are to inspect the equipment all 7 days they maintain the pool and never once caught a crack and it just happened to explode when the tech was on property? Stated we would have to pay. Per the contract I typed up a document of all the breaches they had committed-6 pages worth-and delivered it. Their owner clearly does not know their own contracts as he was upset for us following their own protocol. On day before service was fully terminated they stole the mandatory DHEC pool log book (we have it on camera that was installed previous week after their pipe mistake). Owner said it got water damage and they bought it and never invoiced us. The book is free. The video shows it fully intact on top of myself having been the last one in the room 2 hours prior and it was fine. The owner is clearly vindictive.
