In Feb 2021 I paid Briarwood the amount they estimated would be my uncle's cost after settling with ****** for his prescribed rehab. ****** has been detailed with statements paid and balanced due from every healthcare provider so I suspect Briarwood never filed properly INTENTIONALLY. I have unreturned phone calls and unanswered emails. Finally eight months later, I get an email from the director suggesting I call the 'compliance' number of umbrella company. On Nov 1, I was told I'd get a phone call from the team...still no phone call from them after I've placed three to them verifying my phone number. What does it take for people to do the right thing?Customer response

Only after notifying BBB, I received a check for the full amount but no explanation. They really are a horribly run business.
