            This is a terrible company. I was tracked it to this company through my home warranty service due to my HVAC service not working.. They showed up at my house three days after I was assigned to them, add Freon to my HVAC unit and left. It did not resolve my issue. It actually made it worse. I contacted them back the same day and told them what happened, they were supposed to come back two days later never showed up. It has been almost 2 weeks since this incident happened and I have not received a phone call concerning the matter. Its been 90+ degrees here in ******* these past few weeks, you would think they would have some type of compassion and at least say we have not forgotten about you. We will get to you as soon as possible. Nothing. I finally had to hire someone else to complete the work that they did not do. When the new HVAC company came out, they informed me that 24/7 Heating and Air Service, should not have added Freon to my unit because it was already full of Freon. That wasnt the issue. They had my issue resolved within 30 minutes. I cant believe First American home warranty still has this company on their roster to send out to their customers.
