I contacted Happy Faces management for a job search May 2022. **************************** is indeed a professional who never gives up. At times I felt disappointed, discouraged but she was on top of it. At times, she called and left messages because she was unable to get me while on the hustle and bustle of life. On today, November 23rd, 2022, ************************ called me but I missed this call and later received an email from her with a job offer. She is determined and a go getter because she means what she says and says what she means. Never give up always striving for a better service to humanity. Please keep up the good work and always strive for service excellence. I was hired at HappyFaces in 2020. *y experience working with this amazing company, Ive held 2 major roles being an employee, one of which Im still in today. I give this company and the staff an ( A+) not only was the staff very courteous and informative, they made sure they placed me in an environment where I could thrive. The staff ( especially *r. * ********) alway was and still is available to me, they check in on me to make sure Im doing well, asking if there is anything that HF can do to help me. I have had nothing but positive experiences working with this staffing agency. Not only do they do an excellent job of matching my skills to my positions, but each assignment is an opportunity to grow and challenge myself in a new way of applying my skills and experience.I particularly enjoy working with *******. I have found him to be honest, trustworthy and always working for my benefit. He has never failed to ensure I was compensated at the highest level possible. Happy faces is the first agency I've worked for in the **************** and by far the best in providing employment . They are on time with their response to your questions, calls and concerns via email or phone. They provide detailed and accurate information about the assignment. I love how the communication is ongoing when needed between myself and staff. I would most definitely recommend happy faces to anyone whom is looking for employment. Happy Faces Personnel Group **** my heart is so full of love and gratitude for this blessing! I get emotional EVERYTIME I share how this agency was and is a major asset to my entire families life.Jobless and on the brink of homelessness with a 20 year old barely working vehicle is how I was introduced to this agency in 2019.My son, Ri'Chard D, was the ***** to connect me with my new found family. During my son's and I set back, he was blessed with an assignment with ****** County, where he is now 2 yrs permanent. I haven't became what you would say permanent on a job, but I always stay busy. The assignments always match my skills and personality and the compensation is great! I actually wonder if I was being paid more than the permanent hires! I must say that from 2019 to present, I've only worked assignments from this agency and I will continue as long as they are willing to keep me. Besides, I have to continue making payments on my house, 2 refurbished vehicles that I loan out and my 2022 Infinity car. I cannot say enough about Happy Faces Personnel Group. Five years ago they assigned me to a position for which I got hired and eventually laid off. Now once again, they have helped me find another contactor position. The recruiters (*** and ******) are superb as well as all the other staff.
I recommend Happy Faces Personnel Group highly!
