    My wife and I picked up our brand new Tesla Model Y on August 14th, 2022 at the ****************************************************************************** Tesla store. Let me first preface this complaint with the fact that we live in **************, about a 3hr drive from the location. Upon pick up, we had a very sweet and helpful tesla advisor, ***, who did the walk-through with us and answered concerns that we had with the vehicle. It was noted on the delivery day there was an indent in the third-row seating and dirt in the fabric material near the seatbelt. It was also noted about a plastic piece sticking out in the second row that dealt with the seat's sliding function. Also, we noted issues with swirls being in the paint and brown spots along the car's exterior. We were told by *** that we could set up a mobile service appointment, which she helped us do that day, and they could come out and fix all of our issues. So we had the appointment set and were told if we came across any other issues to report them in the app prior to our appointment so they could be resolved. We did notice a few other items that were wrong with our brand new tesla (all of which we sent in). About a few days later I recieved a message in the app telling me that the car had to be brought into a service center in **********, *******. I informed the representative that I living in **********, ** which he said I would have to schedule with one of the service centers in **. I scheduled my service which was originally for September 7th but then pushed to September 22nd due to parts not being available. On September 19th-20th, i was told that the repair would take 48 hours and that uber credits would be supplied. I informed the rep that I live and work in AL and uber would not work. I was told there were no other options and I could go rent an enterprise car if I couldn't make arrangements. I pushed the appointment as I have important meetings but it is not fair to be penalized for quality issues that were present on delivery day.
