I have spent over $15,000.00 on multiple repairs/replacements since I went to Mavis for radiator & brake fluid flushes May 17,2023. From May 27th, I had to replace my radiator, alternator, transmission, replace hoses, repair leaks, rent vehicles while repairs were being done, replaced gaskets and covers, replaced lower arm control and from June 2, 2023 - October 8, 2023, I had to have my vehicle towed 5 times. Before taking my vehicle to Mavis, I took it to the dealership for an oil change. After the did diagnostic test, their only suggested that I think about a/c, radiator, brakes, power steering flushes. After checking several places, I decided on Mavis...THE PRICE WAS RIGHT!!! WRONG!!!! That was the beginning of my nightmare! I've sent emails and written several letters to the corporate office but no one has responded or bothered to contact me. It appears the company doesn't care about their reputation or the customers. The fact that MAVIS' employees didn't/don't care about their work or the safety of their patrons. I will never use or recommend Mavis to anyone. This has been to one of the worst experiences of my life. I am afraid to drive my vehicle outside the city limits and therefore I don't get on the highway....afraid I'll be stranded. This business does not value or respect customers and that's from their corporate officers to the local businesses. As I stated previously, I WILL NEVER, EVER PATRONIZE MAVIS AGAIN!!!!! One star is still not a low enough rating!
