** Transmisdion "rebuilt" my **** ****** Avalon in which the owner. ************** said he diagnosed it and found it need a transmission. I asked him how he know I need a transmission and he never explained that part. Whenever I asked ************** questions about my car and and the repair processs, he says I am asking too many questions. He decided to "rebuild" my transmission and said he will have it ready and returned fixed in 14 days. We'll. I waited and he did not return it until 30 days. When I got my car back. He did not want me to test drive it. I insisted. The car did not change gears like it suppose to. When putting it in drive and reverse the car shakes badly and it sounds like the transmission is about to fall off the car. ************** told me a lie, he said," drive it a while and the sound and shaking will go away" I told him about the other damages to my driver side front rim and driver side doors. He ignored me. I have before and after pictures of my rims and doors. The tow truck driver was a witness to the condition of my car when he drove it off the tow truck at the ** transmission shop. After paying ** Transmission owner with my credit cards, $2700, I drove my car for an hour and it got worst. The check engine light came on. I smell exhaust like something is burning. There is a whistling sound when I accelerate. My car has never driven this bad. I take care of my property. None of this was happening when I gave him my business and car on September 5. 2023. The only issue I had with my car before putting it in his shop was the car did not move forward 100 yards. It shifted smoothly in drive and reverse. It drove backwards. It drove forwards a short distance. My car did not have any other problems. I have all the paperwork from ****** who has service my car since ****. I am very upset that this guy took my money and broke my car and took advantage of a senior citizen Army Veteran.I want my car totally fix or I want all my money returned, other DamagesBusiness response

Hi my name is ********************************* im responding to this complain this is about mrs.************************* that came to my shop with a **** ****** avalon tag #bmn-0217 vin#4t1bf28b52u198610 in a tow truck because the car di not move with a bad transmission she ask me a lot of rare questions that no other customer never ask me before i diagnost the car i told her that it needs the transmission and it will take me about two weeks so it took me a couple of days extra to fix the car for that reason and because she was complaining too much i gave her an extra ****** miles or one extra year on the warranty.She came in to the shop to get the car and before make the payment she wants to test drive the car so we went for a test drive and everything was fine and she paid for the repair.She also asked me what parts did i replaced in the transmission and i explaind to her but she wants to see all parts that we replaced witch i showed to her,i new since the biggining this lady will be a problem and here we are.... you can go to my webside and check the reviews i have from costumers,i never refused to do any further repair on the transmission if needs to be done.
