Efficient Relocation Moving and Storage LLC was subcontracted by broker, Mayflower Relocation Services, LLC, (side note, broker was sued by Mayflower Transit for trademark infringement) after I had made a downpayment and signed a contract with the broker. On arranged date (01 OCT 2021), a Penske truck and two movers showed at my deceased mother's home in St. Louis County to pick up an heirloom dining room set that was my grandparents'. The furniture was to be moved to my home in CT. The movers were not the owner-operator nor the named agent I was given the day before. At this time a cash payment of $827.67 was made. To date (01 FEB 2023), I have not rec'd the dining room set. I did file a civil suit and was awarded the amount I asked for, but neither any agent of the mover nor the owner-operator, ***************************, have paid that amount. I contacted his insurance company, however, they could not cover the amount. The claims adjuster told me she had talked to **************** and he claimed he had paid the court. When I called the court, I found that he had not paid the court any amount owed me.While I have not had any success with any police force, I do consider my property stolen.

EFFICIENT RELOCATION MOVING AND STORAGE LLC MC:MC-1162546 ***** Number:3511619 ************ was WILDLY unprofessional, two days late on pick up up charged me by another 400 i even kicked an extra 100 to hopefully get my items taken care of better. On delivery they showed up 8 hours late on my birthday so plans ruined there which they were supposed to show up 3 days earlier... The amount of damage to my items was outrageous. They destroyed my washer and dryer 6 months old and now utterly trashed. I am missing half a dozen boxes, they opened and went through another half dozen boxes, I missing items from those boxes. Half of my kitchen supplies are gone, two expensive coffee makers gone, all of my office furniture has been damaged and 20+ individual items damaged or missing. ON top of they had other peoples stuff they were unloading into my house, i had to stand at the truck and point out what was mine and what was not. The "claims" process is a joke and i'm pretty sure run by them as well they refused to find any information about my claim and keep telling me despite multiple submissions of damage they don't have a record of my claim... They need to be shut down and i would say assets seized but they use rental trucks for moves. I paid almost 6k for this move and they lost and damaged 5k worth of my items... STAY AWAY!
