Above All cleaning and restoration came out and did some mold remediation at my house. There were a number of issues that went wrong during the process but nevertheless, they finished the remediation. Not long after they completed the job (but they did not complete the remaining punch items), maybe a months, My wife and I felt like there was still something else going on in the house so we contacted them a month or so after the job - well within the one year warranty. And they would not call us back or email us back. We got a third-party to come out and do an air quality test on the area that they remediated and there were still issues with the office. I have documentation of all of this. Again, I Tried calling /texting/ emailing several people in the company. They ignored us for just over a year and then finally they came back and said, your warranty is now over and if you get another air quality test, then we will be able to help you.I did just that and they said theres nothing they can do for me.My main issue is that I have written email documentation and calls that Ive tried to connect with them during the warranty.
