This company provided the worst service ever and was dishonest in their dealings. The owner attempted to charge me 3 times the normal price to change my hot water heater and claimed he sent a license plumber but they didnt install the code required parts and when I questioned the owner he stated my old one didnt have one. I had a license plumber come out and correct their errors and was also informed they didnt use the correct pipes. His company also had pulled up my flooring and when I asked for his invoice so my insurance could pay them the owner said okay but never provide the invoice. Two months later he had a young lady from his office call me stating my insurance company never paid them and I replied I never received their invoice she replied they looked up my insurance company email and submitted the invoice themselves but since they hadnt received payment wanted me to call my adjuster which I did and another month went back and they sent me a 10 day collection notice. I replied I had just heard back from my insurance company that they were sending me the funds to pay their invoice and reminded them had their company gave me their invoice when I asked they would have been paid months ago like the honest company I used to replace my flooring and immediately provided me with their invoice and was no delay in getting paid. Had this company been honest I would have allowed to do the entire job. I also advised my insurance company they were two different companies and advised this company never provided me with an invoice. My insurance was aware of the work but it was their company and their dishonest practices that delayed their payment. I was going to let this bad experience go until they sent me a collection letter as if it was my fault they didnt get paid in a timely fashion. I to this day kept all correspondence with this dishonest company. I would have given 0 stars if was a option.
