              Everything usually is ok here. Lately I cant say so much. Final straw was booking and confirming an appointment and being left outside without being seen. Protocol for covid is to call the office to check in for your appointment. I did that and was told to wait for someone to come get me. 20 minutes later I call back to check the status. The receptionist let me know that she was not there but had phone calls forwarded to her cell phone which was odd. She said she would check with who I was seeing for the appointment and reach back out. I waited for 20 additional minutes until I figured there was not anyone coming. I guess the office wanted to start a 4 day weekend early due to MLK Day. When I called back this week I was told that my appointment was shown as cancelled for that day which is ridiculous after knowingly confirming my appointment and being led on by a receptionist that was not even in the office at the time. Unfortunately I will seek assistance elsewhere moving forward.
