This business charged me for a product I never received. I reached out several times for a refund which I have proof of. I was given the runaround and my concern was ignored several times. This company never took the initiative to reach out to me to resolve my issue. When I'd finally had enough of them not communicating they became rude as if they were the victim and blocked me on their social media account so now I can't reach them to resolve my issue. I am owed $772 by this company. They took my money and never delivered the said product. I know this will be publicized so I urge everyone to stay away from this company and don't get scammed like I did. In addition, they always respond in 3rd party. Claiming the owner Lori handles the money and refunds, but is NEVER available to handle issues like a real business owner. She hides in the background for a reason and I will be filing a police report and move forward with legal actions against Lori and her business.
