    I purchased my vehicle on August 23, 2024 with 14 month financing I put down $3200 and make payments in the amount of $352 a month I have received 2 temporary tags yet my tag has expired and dealership has still not processed any paperwork necessary to receive tag .. I have talked to the *** and they state they are waiting on the dealer to do there part

I process all paperworks and registrations for speed auto sales and we do not have any pending registration behind.  please look at your documents properly to make sure this vehicle was purchased under speed auto sales because they are other dealership in the same building.     I *************************** paid the final payment for ownership of my 2014 ****** Sentra on December 15 2022 and I have been trying to receive my pink slip for my car and the owner is saying that I owe him money from a repair that Carshield was supposed to pay to him and they had some problems with Carshield making the payment to the dealership and now the dealership is asking me to make a payment in which I am not responsible for because they submitted payment to Carshield at the time of the service and was denied and I was covered at that time of the services with Carshield and I was not responsible for anything at the time the dealership repaired the vehicle which was not my fault the vehicle had this major problem . I am just asking for my pink slip and for them to go after Carshield and release my title to my car to so I can sell this vehicle and release all ownership of this vehicle in my name.Thank You

    This customer is the most ungrateful person i have ever come across with. Vehicle was sold as is to the customer on BHPH without APR and after couple of months customer complained about mechanic issues with the vehicle of which he has warrantee from a third party company which do not have control of and the company denied the coverage of the vehicle. customer is completely responsible for his warrantee company but for some reason they cancel the contra with the customer based on their concern with the customer and customer reached out to me and pleaded to help him repair the vehicle and he will get the payment from his warrantee company and reimburse any expenses and i personal fixed the vehicle out out of pocket and now customer is refusing to reimburse the payment also this was attached to his financing amount. customer has been late on his payment couple of time which incurred late fees. base this situation i will start the process of legitimation and repossession of this vehicle. this matter will become a civil case and we will seek for legal settlement of this case in court

    I am rejecting this response because:Number one this person never met me and I was never late on any of my car payments and I brought the transmission is*** to their attention three days after purchase not months and I have proof of all my contact details with this company with dates and phone numbers and I was the one who cancelled my own contract with Carshield because of other personal reasons and I never agreed for his dealership to pay for repairs and charge me for the repairs because he should have never try to sell me a car that had a transmission go out within three days after purchase and I was not going to pay for a vehicle I couldnt even drive so if that person thinks that I was ungrateful then I will *** him for trying to scam me out of my money and selling me a lemon .Also if I thought I was responsible for something that I damaged I would fix the problem and also I dont beg nobody in this world to do anything for me so yes I would like to go to court and bring my paperwork and witness and bring in Carshield to answer why they told that person no . Thank you

    I am rejecting this response because. : I have every conversation that I texted to this business owner about this vehicle and I dont have a reason to lie about this vehicle and I will not take any threats from you one taking anything from me so if he thinks he has that authority to remove something of mine then he better be careful what he is saying to me and I will be willing to provide every documentation and time stamped of all my inaction with this person so tell them just go to court and end this nightmare .Thank you

    Sold me a lemon car March 5th Car ran hot and cut off the next day

    Customer did not specify which vehicle in particular and in ** there is no lemon law. All our vehicles passed ** emission law. All our customers test drove vehicles before purchasing and we offer warranty options to every vehicle unless customers declines

    Date of Purchase: 02/24/2021 Paid: $12201.73 The business committed to selling me a vehicle with a title and selling it as is. Unfortunately, the business sold me a vehicle that did not have a title. This did not come to my attention until the Navy Federal (the bank the auto loan is through) contacted me, informing me the title was never received from the dealership. From October 2021 to the present, me and Navy Federal have attempted to receive this title with no success. Since this time, the car has been totaled in an accident, causing an issue for a payout from my insurance company due to the title not being present. I was able to speak and work with the owner, *******, until he refused to due to my threat of legal action. ******* was unable to locate the title and urged me to continue to go to the *** to get a duplicate title or take the business to court. However, the *** is unable to process the title because it was never perfected to begin with, so it is completely the dealership's responsibility to rectify this issue. If the title can't be found, then a refund should be issued for the lack of title in this situation.

    This customer is fraudulent. He collided with someone imposing to be working with speed auto sale. i have and my company do not have anything to do with this vehicle. it do not show up in our data base as purchased or sold. we can not even print a tag to a vehicle without the title and i tried my possible best to provide every legal information to assist the customer until he started using abusive language and i cut off communication with him. Apparently he is trying to register a stolen vehicle. i have investigated this case and reported it to union city police department. i have also to reached the person he claims to be his sales person and he declined of having any dealings with the customer and i sent over the contact inform to the customer to reach out as well. i am the only person authorized to close every day in my company and i have not to do with this and i did not sign or release  any document about this deal and my name is not on that paper as he provided. customer said he paid cash and now i am suprice he saying navy federal  is the lien so i believe this man is fraudulent

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Per my Bill of Sale that was attached to my original complaint, I DID buy a vehicle from this company. The previous employee has his name on the documentation and sold me the vehicle. I never said I bought the vehicle in cash, the vehicle was bought via a loan through Navy Federal with an accompanying down payment. This is all in my attached documentation. I also never used abusive language in all the text messages attached as well. In none of those messages was I rude or apprehensive. The owner of this business is attempting to deny my sale to remove responsibility. He has no documentation to verify any of his claims and once I spoke to ******** Auction House they stated the original title was sent via **** shipping when it was purchased by the dealer. So either the employee committed a crime or the employer failed to do their job.

    I purchased a car from speed and it needed some repairs and they was taking to long some I asked If I could get the repairs done and be reimbursed and I have all messages to prove and the would not give me my money for the repairs done after promising me weekly

    Customer was informed that the car is sold as is.  Upon purchasing the vehicle we discounted the vehicle $1000.00, we also purchased a new tire, we also serviced the car twice for no additional charge.  Advised the customer that I could not guarantee refund for the front end alinement, but will contact owner for final approval.  The request was denied because of the consecutions that were given to the customer prior.

    on October 12 2022 I went to speed auto sales to purchase a vehicle I was sold a 2016 Dodge Ram promaster city with ****** miles on it. the salesman went by *** it was financed threw ****************** and insured by the ******* agency with Allstate.on November 7 my registration and insurance was canceled by the state due to the vehicle having a salvaged title and not being inspected by the state.when my tag expired he still tried to give me a paper tag knowing the vehicle couldn't be registered. the owner ******* knows that as a dealer you cannot sell or finance a salvaged vehicle without a disclosure saying that the vehicle is salvaged and the buyer agrees to purchase it also must be verbally stated and this is law. December 3 he finally had ***** the receptionist call me to bring the van on this day he only tried to give me ***** dollars when I put 3k down amongst other things I had to fix on the van like a.c brakes tune up sparks plugs etc. ******* also told me that he knew the vehicle had a salvaged title...so this business needs to be shut down I'm not the only or the first person he's done this. he has bad reviews and complaints on every platform ******* yelp,etc. I've lost over 5k due to this lot between downpayment car note and insurance. this place needs to be shut down

    customer is fraudulent and  we have every evidences  documented and recorded. customer paid downpayment of $2900 and not $3000. His tag was never canceled by the state and i do not know where he manufactured that idea from. We legally announced and disclose all information through our advertising platform. we use carfax and run this free for all our customer. customer failed to read all the disclosure/disclaimers prior purchase. customer came in for temporary tag extension and of which i explained how long this process takes because the title of the salvage history from insurance. since after covid the process of inspection and T22B takes longer than 6o days of which the *** can extend the tag but in this case has starting using threat word and and deformation of our business name. customer has also rendered a bad service to business and we still respect his business name. Customer started demanding refund or downpayment and making unnecessary claims for repair and was not able to provide any evidence. customer put in over **** miles on the vehicle. customer has used so many abusive word on my personal phone and i have all the evidences. we settled for payment of $1500 and immediately he cashed the check he started making other threats and demanding for more money. i provided the customer with the option to settle this case in a civil court but he refused to return the check and i filled litigation with union city police department. I will rather prefer to settle this case in a legal way and we have opened this case with union city court.
