My kitten (Princess) is dying….On the contract it says that “To the best of our knowledge your pet is in good health.” So of course I’m going to trust when they say that. Why would they sell me a sick cat and not tell me right? My kitten still had worms when I received her. And now she’s not eating, drinking or even moving. When I adopted she had and eye infection that was said to go away in “a day or to, but she’s going to be fine after” it’s been 8 days and her eye has gotten worse, so I called, of course they didn’t answer. I didn’t leave a voicemail which later she criticized me for. Which was 2 days ago. She asked why did I call her and not the vet, but when I adopted they told me to call if they were any problems, so I did. The lady on the phone told me that “I don’t know how she has worms because she’s been dewormed… they must have been passing through.” She supposedly has gotten dewormed five days before we adopted her, so I don’t know how they’re still passing though. But forget that, she had an attitude as soon as she answered the phone, but I kept my calm until she kept criticizing me on not calling the vet and threatening me to take me to court for animal abuse even though they are the ones who sold me a sick kitten, I adopted two kittens at one time and the other is perfectly fine, but for some reason she’s sick and he’s not, and somehow it’s my fault for not wanting to have an expensive vet bill and take her to the vet though they told me she was fine. It was their fault, they’re the ones who gave me a sick Kitten and did NOT tell me that she was sick. I would urge you not to adopt from these people because they are liars and their cats/kittens are not in good health. I asked if the kitten was in good health and they said yes, so I adopted her. If she weren’t in good health I wouldn’t have adopted her. The only thing they told me was to“bring her back in 8 to 10 days for her next vaccination but other than that she is fine”. A waste of time and money.

Individual was advised by foster kitten had developed discharge from eye while in store and medication placed. Foster advised her that it would be best to adopt another kitten and allow kitten to return to foster home to monitor. She demanded to adopt. Photograph taken and adopter holding kitten smiling and kitten in no distress and active.Ms Paris advised if any issues to call rescue.,Advised if kitten did not work out rescue would take back. Kitten had been dewormed, first vaccine given and flea treated. Ms Paris notified of vaccine schedule and weight required to spay which rescue covers.,She signed contract and was advised as per contract to take kitten to see vet for the initial well.checkup as owner and to do so with 48-72 hrs and if any issues per contract rescue covers medications within that time frame. Ms Paris adopted on May 29 and contacted rescue on Jun 7 stating kitten “just laying there and had not eaten in couple days”. She was asked why she now called rescue instead of taking pet to vet. She was advised pet needed to be seen immediately or it would die due to neglect. She stated she was calling rescue for this. Advised she chose to adopt and wanted kitten against advice. by foster. She chose to not take kitten to see vet for a well check after several vet options given to her on day of adoption to include a walk in vet since she did not have one. She refused on day she did call rescue stating she did not think she would make it through day and still refused to go to vet. She was advised to return kitten to rescue so kitten could be taken to vet and she refused unless she received a refund which according to contract is non refundable. She was asked why she did not call rescue sooner instead of a week later and she claimed she did but chose to not leave a message. We have photographs of kitten and her on day of adoption.Would not recommend this young lady as a potential adopter.
