I have no idea why this place is rated so highly. I've dealt with them twice, and both times it felt shady. Recently, a salesman told me they have an entirely new staff because of 'sketchy things that *********** is having to rectify.' I contacted him this morning, and he was extremely condescending, showing no concern for what they did to us. I will NEVER return.

I PURCHASED a 2021 van from this dealership they have spoken to myself and my mom as if we a low life people. I was told that we are asking to many questions and if we keep asking question they werent going to do the deal with us. I complained to a New manager of the dealership by the name of ***. He promised me that the issue wring with my vehicle would be taken care of. I got pushed around like a ball. I've spoken to over 7 different people at this dealership these folks put yellow tape and glue on my finder and told me it's repaired..WHAT who rides around in a 2year old van which is almost new with bright yellow tape on it. It took 2wks to get a spare tire which I was told by ********** that he himself ordered the kit and he didn't know why no one hadn't put it in the van before the sold it. ALL LIES so today they give me a spare but not the kit to lift the van or take the lugs off the tire smh. Once again I'm told another lie. Come to find out ********** lied he had not order the yore or kit what. I spoke with a lady that said she just order it that *** did not order anything. ********** and ************ have both told me lies repeatedly about my vehicle I have pictures of the bright yellow tape. And you can also find video proof of each episode and lie that was told to me. On my social media platform.

*****, the mechanic has a very poor attitude and so does the service manager and service staff. I have a transmission that is whining and giving me problems, yes it is an Altima that are know to have transmission problems and they refuse to say that there is a problem with my car and suggest that its coming from a heat shield. Ive have a terrible experience with this dealer and the one In ****** ** as well.

The entire experience was unacceptable. I was given no customer service at all after my online purchase (charged $699 for customer service). I never received any call about my vehicle, features, warranty. Furthermore, I was not provided appropriate keys for this new vehicle. Multiple managers ************************ and ******* tried to imply I did not buy a car with key fobs when it is clearly stated on paperwork. Why would any buy a new vehicle in 2022 with only a valet key, this is unfathomable. I still only have a valet key with no safety features. No alarm, no panic button etc. I have made several call only to be given run around many times. I took my vehicle to another Nissan after speaking with ******* (very rude and condescending) to only learn they had had to order the key. Likewise, this dealership informed me I was absolutely suppose to receive 2 new keys with fob and valet key on a brand new purchase. I would NEVER ever purchase from ever Nissan again!!!!!

Initially I was very pleased with the friendly service I received and happy with the deal I got on a used Frontier. However, apparently they werent happy that I came in with a pre-approval from my bank because as it turns out they held on to my paperwork for 1 1/2 weeks then called me to tell me that my bank had turned down the loan because of mileage on the truck. They of course immediately offered finance through the dealership. I was devastated, but asked them to give me some time to process and of course immediately contacted my bank. Had to wait till the next morning to find out that there was nothing wrong with my loan, my bank was still waiting for the paperwork from the dealer. Bank calls the dealer and they stated that they hadnt put the paperwork through because they were afraid it wouldnt be approved?!?! Umm, it was already approved yall were trying to manipulate me and get me to finance through you!!!!! Thats just WRONG, I was literally sick to my stomach and crying most of the day over this all because they were s******* with me!!! Shame shame shame TKO (Nissan) of Valdosta!!!And thank you ****** and ***** of Campus **************** for having my back!!!!
