After seeing the online advertisement about the new Doritos papadia at Papa Johns and the promise of using the freshest ingredients. My husband asked we order it.So, on July 18th, I went to Papa Johns and was exited in ordering the new papadia for my husband, an Alfredo bowl for myself and then personal pan pizzas for my kids. After arriving home and passing out each item, I opened my own box of joy. I was disappointed that there wasn't any Alfredo sauce, but I shrugged it off and ate my meal. My husband also was disappointed that his was terribly burnt and my kids complained that their pizza tasted old. Unfortunately, the aggravation didn't stop there. In less than half an hour, my kids and I were fighting for the toilet. I was starting to throw up, as was one of my girls. Then my oldest child came running into the bathroom to take over the toilet due to a sudden onset of diarrhea. My other child was miserable with an upset stomach and so was my husband. We all ended up taking nausea medication. I have called the corporate office and was supposed to receive a phone call and refund. I never heard from the manager nor have I seen a refund. So I disputed the purchase through my bank and now I am complaining on BBB. I would like a refund please, as I refuse to allow a a despicable company to keep my business. I have attached my bank statement showing proof of purchase that night.
