Kitchen sink was stopped up. He said he had no idea what I wanted him to with it because apparently grease and possibly food had gotten down there. He made no attempt to fix it but was already prepaid from the home warranty company. He refused to come back but he hoped that I got some use out of my kitchen sink one day. I had been without it for a week and a half because of all of this. He was also rude on the phone and in person. He said there was grease and food in the kitchen sink which there was no food. I tried to plunge the sink like I was told after using the liquid plumber. Even this plumber told me to plunge it. I cannot help what is the drains of a house built in 1963 and I haven't lived in it that long. I just feel that he should've come back and cleared the problem or pay the $125 fee that I had to pay to have him come out. Since I have to have my sink someone else will have to fix it since he refused to come out so I told him I would file this reportBusiness response

Our company is contracted with a warranty company and we were sent to this customers home for toilets not flushing and kitchen sink backup. The customer has to pay the service fee directly to the warranty company per their contract. If the plumbing issue is covered per the contract, the warranty company then pays the contractor the covered cost. We did unstop the toilets which the clean out was installed backwards and we did get them unblocked. This particular problem about the sink came from grease and food blocking the system which the warranty company does not cover because of misuse. We tried explaining that they refused that part and that is why she is upset. Her problem needs to be worked out with them.
