Property management been paid $400 for a break in the lease early from the original owner plus $375 for appliances that I have purchased. I have not received a single payment yet plus to keep my $800 security deposit People are telling me you never get back your security deposit cuz they find out stuff. The house has been sold since September 3rd. Closed on new owner. Loves what I did with the house and also is allowing to keep the shades to blinds. The curtains that I installed in the house I left them for the new owner. The property management company is given me a hard time about this when I got letters and documentations from the new and original owner that has approved for them to pay me my money which is old have not received one time yet Original owner of the house was under the assumption that Ron borders was giving me a discount on my rent for the last year which they did not for all the work that I did. Never was expecting to get my money back but at least my security deposit early lease break from selling the house $400 plus the $375. Can you guys please help me with this?
