I purchased my items from this company on August 14,2023 and have yet to receive my items!!! I sent numerous emails, direct messages, comments on post (that was removed) ! All I want is my money back !! The customer service with this company is horrible!! I hope they do better in the future.Initial Complaint

I purchased a bag from this website on 01/06/2023 , (order number is *********)I paid for this through shop pay, this item was $74.39 ($75 with tax) . I have sent emails (02/12/2023) and sent a message on Instagram (02/05/2023) and I still haven't received anything on this purchase , not a shipping number or tracking number nothing. It is now almost March and I've come to the realization that I'm not going to receive anything from the person who owns this website / business. I would like my money back but I feel I am not going to receive it from this person so therefore I believe the site is a scam , I would just like to warn others about this , I'm a business owner as well so to see a scam website hurts and makes it harder for small business owners to be trusted.Initial Complaint

On January 14, 2023, I ordered a package from this website KHustle, the price I paid $76.04. However I have yet to receive my package and I have email them numerous times. I even reach out to you but I’m still without my money or the package! I believe I have been scammed and I need your help getting to the bottom of this issue. I work too hard for my money to have it scammed away! Please help me!
