     Specifically, consumers state they have canceled their warranties and are waiting on an owed refund.

    On May 3rd, 2024,  BBB sent correspondence to Eagle Vision RV, LLC. to request their voluntary cooperation in eliminating the pattern of complaint.

    On May 7th, 2024, Eagle Vision RV, LLC responded with the following information as a means to eliminate the pattern of complaint:
    We are currently working on a way to have ACH funds to speed up and stream line these processes.

      Purchased Service Plan for my 2012 used motorhome March 23, 2020 for $5,755.00 cash for 60 months. Sold my motorhome in late April 2024, requesting a refund. Called numerous times and left messages, did not get any call backs. Sent about 4 emails, received only one reply on May 24, 2024 stating that they will send my refund ASAP. I have an invoice for this transaction, if needed I will send.

      Last 6 of VIN - ****** I was hounded from *********************(great guy until you need a refund) (almost daily calls) by EagleVisionRV (Warranty Direct) for weeks to sign up and finally did in January of 2024. In February due to a large vehicle repair cost, filled out the appropriate paper work for the 100% refund as specified clearly on the contract if requested within 60 days. Eagle Vision was very helpful in the beginning but then cut communication. I contacted Portfolio who insures the warranty and they said they had released the $2500 March 6th 2024 and was told it would be 4-6 weeks *** for the refund. I let it go awaiting the refund, expecting the company to be legit and customer service oriented. We are now in the 12th week and after constant emails and phone calls no-one will call me, respond or refund me. I now email every day asking for help. ********* asked me to ask for ************************* for help, so I did and I assume he responded behind a company email and said he thought a refund was made on credit card but was nor true and let him know. That was 2 weeks ago and nothing. If I am not refunded within the next 2 weeks I am going to the State Attorney General for Consumer protection and warnings for other potential buyers. Legal action may have to be next if needed. I am a retired corporate professional that took service personally. People should not have to deal with this in this country. Thank you for your help!*****

      I purchased an extended ** warranty in 2023 from Eagle Vision RV and we had to sell the ** in January of this year. I spoke to ***** in January and started the cancellation process on 1/17/24. He told me I would have my refund in 6-8 weeks and that time was up yesterday, they do not answer their phone or return messages or emails so I have no way of knowing the status of my refund. I simply want the refund money I am due as I have provided everything needed from my side and would expect Eagle Vision RV to honor the agreement.

      I did finally receive a refund from Eagle Vision months later so for that I guess this complaint can be closed. I would however warn people against doing business with Eagle Vision as they are not an honest company and will lie to you in their sales pitch and not follow through on anything they commit to in that process.

      I previously purchased an extended warranty for an Rv. I cancelled the warranty with an effective date of December 22, 2023. I made numerous attempts to speak to someone about our refund. The last time I spoke with someone they indicated they would be calling back in 20 minutes. They did not. And now I have left multiple phone messages and the business will not return my calls.

      Eagle Vision RV sold me an extended warranty which I had for about a year. I sold the ** in December 2023, and subsequently filled out a cancelation form. That form was signed by Eagle Vision and returned to me. Eagle Vision has not returned my refund and will not return my calls. This is same tactics I now see they used with others based on the reviews. I expect to receive my refund and refuse to let this company scam me. This company owes me over $1200. I see they pretty much recycle their excuses attempting to get people to give up. I'm not that guys. No one should trust this company.

      Contacted Gy with Eaglevision to request a refund of our warranty that was purchased on March of 2023. He was very helpful at first and then stopped answering the phone and when he does he claims its an accounting issue !! We cancelled on October 30 2023 and its been over 8 weeks and we were told it would only take 4 to 6 weeks to receive our refund. We paid $ ***** and are supposed to get back $5,400 . We have contacted ****************** and they sent their part of the refund to Eaglevision weeks ago !! It should not take months to get a refund when they took the money for the warranty in minutes !! Eaglevision is the worst company we have dealt with and we will never use them or recommend them to anyone and will being posting on social media warning other people to do the same . Be warned they will not call you back or respond !!

We have already received our refund from the other company that Eaglevision works through but yet Eaglevision cant seem to get their act together even though the money we paid has been sent to them from the other company months ago !!       I have had similar refund issues as stated on here. When I originally started this warranty I would have given 5 Stars. I sold my motorhome and started the cancelation process October 2nd. The first cancelation contract that was given to me was for the wrong warranty company. I had to track this problem down. Finally got the correct paperwork and did the docusign. It took calls from me to get them to sign it. Waited a while and tried to check the progress. Emails and calls took forever to get answered. I had to do all the leg work to make sure everything is good to go. On October 23th I was promised a text or call back to let me know everything was. I did receive a call from the brokered company that everything is canceled but nothing from Eagle Vision. Really disappointed. Will change my review if refund comes soon. Was promised 4 to 6 weeks.

      This is a response to the business that replied they would issue a refund check. I have emailed them 10 times and called and left voice-mail over *********************************************** I contacted the ******* Attorney General today. All i want is my refund and to have direct communication with them as the original refund amount offered was not correct.

      The reason I need to hear from the business is that the original amount offered was not correct and was put in dispute with Headstart.  I need to know when this check will ne mailed as my address is changing soon.  What is the refund amount offered.  It is supposed to be close to $5000 as I was told by one of your representatives.    I only contacted BBB and the ** because I can not get ahold of you by phone or email.  The resolution guy I was working with now has a non operative phone.

      I an still waiting for confirmation that my refund amount is correct and that a check is on the way. Since I filed this cancelation in October I used my current address for a mailing address. That address will be changing soon. This company will not respond other than on here and I have no idea if they see my response. As for rolling over to a new policy I did contact them about a policy but the main reason I did that was to actually talk to someone at the company. They seemed pretty willing to work with me if they were keeping the money. From the start I told the guy I needed the $5000 for a down-payment and that I would then get a price for a policy. Please help me get this nightmare over.

      The business refuses to confirm the correct amount of refund and when the check will be sent.  The original amount was wrong and the company filed an appeal.  The person that was dealing with this can not be contacted.  All I am asking for is when this check fir nearly $5000 will be sent.  That amount was an estimate from them not a number I am making up.

      I had closed a complaint because the company said it would be issuing a check in February. There was also a problem with the refund amount and have not heard from the company. I feel like I have been a victim of fraud.

      I purchased an extended warranty policy from Eagle Vision RV for my travel trailer in 2021. The policy number is RV19 ***********. In August of 2023 I traded the travel trailer and filed for cancellation and refund of the policy. Cancellation number ******** on Sept. 5 2023. They say it will ***********-8 weeks to receive my refund. The insurance company says they have refunded Eagle Vision and they need to refund the balance to me. After many emails, phone calls, messages left, calling the insurance company, Eagle Vision will not respond.

      We purchased a 5 yr extended warranty for our Travel Trailer 2/17/2023 yet sold the travel trailer end of June 2023. Our contract was # PRVA00414046. Purchase price was $1787.00 yet policy amount was $1088.00. We did not have to call upon them over those few months for any warranty work. Eagle vision was contacted 7/1 /23 re cancellation and paperwork was completed 7/5/23. We have still not received our refund despite many phone calls, and emails over the past 4 months. The last phone conversation on 10/16/23 with ********************* promised us, we will receive our refund check within **** business days and it has now been 13 days. We will never deal with this company again and would never recommend them to anyone!!

      Initiated a refund for policy #PRVA00363017 ON July 17,2023 . Was told it would be 6-8 wks for refund. Waited till end of September and have been lied to when i did get ahold of someone always saying someone would call me back and never do.
