This complaint is to add a business to previous Complaint ID: ********. Date Filed: 8/17/2022. This complaint was against Funjet Vacations, whom I believe is ultimately responsible. They were contracted for us by a local travel agent, **** ****** of South Georgia Travel. Since we have heard nothing on our original filling, I would like to include these intermediary agents to my complaint. Original complaint: We Booked a Hawaii Vacation through a local travel agent (South Georgia Travel) which booked a vacation for us through Funjet Vacations; Funjet Reservation # ********. We paid them directly including Lodging Fees and travel insurance. For the portion of the trip from 6/20/2022-6/24/2022, the accommodations were unacceptable. The rented condo was not the one originally contracted, was out of date, smelled bad and was not properly clean, We never unpacked, immediately requested a change but were informed there were no other units available. The office then closed before we could make any adjustment. We were able to make our own arrangements at an acceptable resort at our own additional expense. We left the Keys in the designated drop box along with a note of explanation and vacated the property. The ******* ****** ***** *** at ******* refunded us the resort fees that I paid directly. Reportedly they charged our travel agent only for the first night. My wife and I have tried to resolve this through our travel agent without success. We believe we should receive a refund for the lodging fees, including any associated booking fees and/or commissions for the lodging for the nights of 6/20/2022 through 6/24/2022. So far we have been offered nothing.Customer response

Both parties i have listed are involved in this dispute. We paid our money to South Georgia travel for the above vacation. They contracted through Funjet to provide services including lodging and trip insurance. Since I paid South Geogia Travel, I expect that the refund for the unused lodging should come from them, and it is their problem to get our money back from Funjet. I have already supplied documents that Funjet has not been charged for three of the four nights in dispute. I still believe I should be refunded all four since the lodging was unacceptable and we paid extra for trip insurance,
