I took my car into Vidalia Auto Salvage on March 23, 2022 for a new transmission and didn't get it back until around August 15, 2022. When I got it back it was driving funny and I had something missing from up under my hood. I gave them a call and told them about the things I had missing from up under my hood (Because my aunt picked it up for me because I was at work). When I would drive my car I had to have my wheel turn to the left in order for it to drive straight. Someone told me that it was a front end alignment problem. So I kept driving it like that until I took it to get fixed by a different mechanic on December 21, 2022 to get the front end alignment fixed so that I could drive it out of state. When he looked up under my car and moved my wheel, he didn't wanna fix it because it was so missed up that if he tried to take the bolts out it would break off in the thing. So the only option I had was to get the whole thing replace and it would cost me 1400. I didn't have that.. I had already paid 1300 to Vidalia Auto Salvage for them to put my transmission in and not put my car back together correctly. So now I'm left with out a car because they told me not to drive the car because I could go over one bad bump and it would cause the bolt to break and my front in to cave in on the break and I would wreck.Customer response

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: I am not asking them to fix my front end. My complaint is that who ever worked on putting my transmission back in my car did not put up under my car back together right. They put the wrong size screws or bolts back in it. Which is affecting my front in. I tried to get my front end fixed by someone else because I didn't like how I was treated when it came to my transmission. When I took it to someone that does front that's when they told me about the problem up under my car and they wasn't going to touch it because the problem would cost more then what I came in for.
